Lindsay Lohan wasted no time getting back to her hard-partying lifestyle after a stint in rehab - she was spotted out in Los Angeles the night before her treatment ended.

The actress officially checked out of the Wonderland Center in the Hollywood Hills after completing a 30 day stay on Friday, Feb 16th.

The night before being released from the facility (15Feb07), Lohan was spotted partying at Hollywood nightclub Teddy's.

The star's publicist, Leslie Sloane-Zelnick, confirms Lohan finished her treatment "She will continue as an outpatient. She will take it day by day. She's in it for the long haul."

The 20-year-old was photographed late Friday night at Los Angeles club Les Deux.

When asked about her thoughts on banning size zero models on the runway, Mariah replied:

"I don't think anyone should be banned from anything. There should not be a precedent. That cannot work if you are naturally a size zero. As long as it's not leading people to do harmful things to themselves to achieve that, then it's fine."

Britney's Manager, Larry Rudolph comments on bald Britney:
