When Spears is alone with her kids, "she gets over-whelmed," says a source. "She gets so frustrated when they cry, asking, 'How do I make it stop?' But she loves her kids."

I always hold kids for 10 minutes and then say I'm done. Cut the girl some slack. That's why Brit fired these bitches. She knew they were jealous lil narks. Ugh!

And yes, of course I know Brit's a shitty mom, but it would be great if the people she trusted would just not talk shit for at least a few days. DAYUM.

Kevin Federline has asked a judge for an emergency hearing on Thursday to discuss his custody dispute with estranged wife Britney Spears.

A court spokesperson says only K-Fed and his attorney are scheduled to appear before the judge, but adds "anything is possible."

Federline filed papers in November seeking spousal support and sole custody of the couple's children- 5-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston.

A temporary court order granted the couple joint custody, with Spears having primary physical custody of the boys.

Now, with Spears' recent erratic behavior, coupled with the fact that she's been in and out of rehab twice in the last week, all bets may be off.

It's kind of funny how people bought into the Federsperm plan. Kevin Federline received press over his "concerns" for Britney and now he wants to speed up their custody battle.

I heard that Brit wants her mom to become her children's legal guardian. That would be her best option. I saw Judge Mathis on Extra last night and he said if he was ruling on Britney's custody battle, he would rule that Britney is unfit.

I want Britney to grow some hair and/or get well more than I want Federsperm to win custody. But we have to admit, Brit Brit has set herself up for more drama. And I'm kinda interested to find out how the kids would grow up with Federsperm. Sean P would look cute with corn rows.

Terrified she'd lose custody of her sons, an out-of-control Britney Spears tried to kill herself twice in the hours after shaving her head, The ENQUIRER has learned exclusively from sources.

Hours after creating a media frenzy by shaving her head, sources say the troubled star tried to take her own life by walking into traffic, only to be rescued at the last second by her staff.

But that wasn't the end of Britney's self-destructive impulses. A short time later she was rushed to a doctor after saying she was going to kill herself and then taking too many Xanax, say the sources.

Britney's emotional collapse was triggered by a "reconciliation" with estranged husband Kevin Federline â€" that was actually meant to be an intervention.

And when Kevin warned her that she'd fail a drug test and he'd get custody of their sons, a hysterical Britney went over the edge and ended up shaving herself bald while a crowd of spectators and photographers watched outside Esther's Haircutting Studio in Tarzana, California.

I'm gonna go ahead and call this nuttin' but a rumor for 2 reasons. 1st, I hope this isn't true. And 2nd, she shaved her head, therefore, everyone with a keyboard can create reasons why she did so and make up stories about her self-destruction.

And they went ahead and said she tried to overdose on Xanax (a drug she's reportedly taking for her depression/anxiety), how predictable.

Shaving your head isn't that dramatic. I think the media's just trying to capitalize on Britney's vulnerabilities right now, so I think this "report" from the Enquirer is complete bullshit! They're trash!!!

So does anyone know someone who works there? I'd love to make up some stories on Federsperm and Parisite. Hypocrite much? Sure, I'll be a hypocrite when it comes to those two. Thanks.

Kim Kardashian filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Vivid Entertainment over the distribution of a sex tape she made with her former boyfriend, R&B singer Willie "Ray J" Norwood.

 

Kardashian, 26, a pal of Paris Hilton and daughter of O.J. Simpson attorney Robert Kardashian, is asking for unspecified damages, attorney fees and all profits from the sale of the tape, according to the L.A. Superior Court lawsuit.

"This tape, which was made three years ago, and was meant to be something private between myself and my then-boyfriend is extremely hurtful not only to me, but to my family as well.

 

I am filing legal charges against the company who is distributing this tape since it is being sold completely without my permission or consent."

The video was made during Kardashian's three-year relationship with Ray J, 26, which ended in 2005. Ray J, the brother of singer Brandy, is not named as a defendant, nor is he a plaintiff in the suit.

The video will be released in stores and on the Internet Feb. 28.

"We have been around for 20 years and if we didn't feel comfortable putting it out, we wouldn't. We would like Kim and Ray J to be a part of it and hopefully we can work that out."

Howard K. Stern was entirely financially dependent upon Anna Nicole Smith, he revealed Wednesday during the ongoing hearing to decide who will get custody of her remains.

Stern, 38, who had been Smith's lawyer and companion, told Florida Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin that he'd had no income outside of his association with Smith since 2002, when he split with a former law partner to work with Smith exclusively.

I didn't know he was a Federline!

Under grilling from lawyers and Judge Seidlin, Stern admitted that Smith paid the $950 rent on his apartment, and that she gave him cash to buy personal items such as shoes.

I'm assuming she paid for his drawls too.

Stern also said he earned around $25,000 for appearing on E!'s 2002-2004 reality series The Anna Nicole Show, but he denied accepting any money from the media since Smith's passing on Feb. 8.

He did allow Entertainment Tonight to fly him to the Bahamas and tape his reunion with Smith's 5-month-old daughter Dannielynn, but he insisted he didn't accept any payment.

So who is paying for his team of lawyers now? Stern said that his retired parents had wired him money to pay for his legal team; asked how much they sent him, he said: "A substantial amount."

Walt Disney Co.'s television network ABC has decided to pursue a spinoff of its popular medical drama "Grey's Anatomy," the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday.

It will star Dr. Addison Montgomery-Shepherd, the sexy neonatal surgeon played by Kate Walsh, the paper said.

A two-hour pilot of the show, which could add millions in additional advertising revenue, is likely to air in May, the paper said.

An ABC spokeswoman could not immediately be reached for comment.

This show sounds like a piece of dookey.
