Jason Wahler, a star on MTV’s The Hills and formerly of Laguna Beach, was sentenced Tuesday in Los Angeles to two months in jail for the beating of two men.
In September 2006, Wahler was traveling in a car with friends when their vehicle was blocked by a tow truck attempting to move an illegally parked car.
Wahler, whose blood alcohol level was .22 percent at the time, got out of the car and punched one of two tow truck drivers and one city employee, authorities said.
One of Wahler’s companions also allegedly kicked one of the drivers and spit in his face. According to prosecutors, Wahler, 20, used racial slurs during the altercation. Wahler is white. Two of the victims are African-American.
Wahler pleaded no contest to one count of battery. In addition to jail, he was ordered to attend a one-day program at the Museum of Tolerance.
A rep for Wahler was not immediately reachable for comment.
In a separate incident, Wahler was arrested late Friday night in Greenville, N.C., for underage drinking and resisting a public officer during a raid against a local nightclub.
Wahler was released on $1,000 bond several hours later.

Where would we all be without hearing what wisdom Rosie O’Donnell has to give?!
Rosie entered the Antonella Barba racy pic scandal by opening her pie hole on The View today.
Rosie addressed the fact that Frenchie Davis was booted off American Idol in season 2 for once appearing on an adult Web site and Barba remains on the show. “Why is it that Frenchie was kicked off and this girl was not?” 
When airhead cohost Elisabeth Hasselbeck suggested it may have been because Davis’ topless pics were only available on a pay-per-view site, Rosie said it doesn’t matter.
“I think it’s racist. I do,” said O’Donnell, adding in reference to Davis, “I think it’s because she’s black.” She added (eventually sounding like Elmer Fudd), “It’s weightist and wacist, too, you wascally wabbit.” Furthermore, O’Donnell said of Barba, “She can’t sing a note, by the way.”
Davis herself has questioned the fairness of the situation. “I think it’s fantastic if Idol has evolved and I think it’s fantastic she won’t have to go through what I went through four years ago,” the singer told the New York Post.
“But if the rules have changed, I believe there should be something to make up for the fact that I was humiliated needlessly.”
Should Frenchie let it go?! I say no. She’s pretending like she’s pissed so she can give interviews. It’s working. Keep at it, start a boycott, then sell some shirts on eBay.

This is one CRAZY investigation!
TMZ says the Beverly Hills Police Department is investigating none other than Bones Richie’s boyfriend and Good Charlotte frontman, Joel Madden.
A female photographer filed a “crime report” claiming he attacked her during a violent confrontation over the weekend. What the huh?!
According to police sources, the woman claimed Madden confronted her as she attempted to take his picture in Beverly Hills, saying that Madden then swung his arm and struck her on the left breast “with the heel of his hand.”
The photographer told TMZ that she has a welt to prove it, and had to see a doctor for treatment.
Hours later, TMZ shot video
of Madden throwing a forceful, open-handed stiff-arm into the chest of another paparazzo outside of a popular Beverly Hills restaurant, while trying to clear a path for his girlfriend, Nicole Richie.
Police reps also tell TMZ that they take every claim seriously, and a crime report was taken on this incident.

The Devil Wears Prada actress Anne Hathaway has dished the dirt on some of Hollywood’s hunkiest leading men and how they like to kiss.
And while she rates Becoming Jane co-star James McAvoy as a true gent who never tries to slip the tongue - Anne reveals that Jake Gyllenhaal asked to touch her boobs in Brokeback Mountain. She told radio station Heart:
“Sometimes you work with actors, and they can be lovely guys, but they have kind of dodgy instincts when it comes to kissing in scenes. They want to try to make it look a bit too real if you know what I mean.
With James, right before we started he turned to me and said ‘closed mouths, no tongue’ and that’s what I normally say to people - so it was a pleasure.”
Anne then cheekily added:“There was this scene in Brokeback Mountain where I get my kit off and I’m in the car with Jake Gyllenhaal and he’s touched my shoulder and he’s touched my stomach and he’s touched around my back. Everywhere except for, you know, ‘the girls’.
So the director yells cut and we go behind a screen and I’m putting my clothes back on and Jake comes up to me and says: ‘Annie, the thing is, the scene, in real life I would… and the director’s not yelling cut, so… can I?’ I just turned to him and said: ‘It’s okay Jake, yes, you can touch my boobs.‘”

I don’t see Laguna Beach as a reality show. The producers would say, “Kristin, come here at this time to have lunch with this person to talk about this. Ask him this specific question.” In one scene my hair is short, and in the next scene it’s down to here. How does anyone not notice that?

Laguna Beach is so small and artsy and old. All of a sudden, MTV comes in and corrupts it. Now there are Laguna Beach tours of the restaurants and clothing store we would go to.

Very few. It’s the same people, the same thing, every single night. This L.A. lifestyle isn’t really for me. Everyone’s naked. The plastic surgery thing. It gets old. It’s hard to meet a guy here.

“I’m a black woman and in our society hips and thighs are considered beautiful,” the Daily Star quoted her as saying.
“I go to radio stations and guys were like, ‘Where’s Beyonce?’. ‘I would look in the mirror and not feel like a woman. I didn’t feel sexy.
“People in the fashion industry were like, ‘Oh my God, you look beautiful’,” she added.
“But to me it’s important to feel like me in my own skin and I didn’t feel like myself when I was thinner. Plus, it’s heaps more fun to be able to eat pizza again!”
Er,… okay, we all know Beyonce would never say anything is “heaps more fun,” Puh-lease! But I have heard her say that she didn’t feel sexy and people were like, ‘Where’s Beyonce?’ I’ve seen her say that before, so this quote is credible.
It’s real annoying to hear B mentioning how thick she is. Yes, she’s curvy but Beyonce’s still tiny. She eats pizza, then she may possibly get rid of that pizza (fill in the blank) - through exercise, of course! Yeah…
And Vanity Fair reported that Beyonce only ate one slice when they brought pizza on the set of their photoshoot. So this bitch needs to shut up and stop talking about pizza! I want some now. Dammit!! Actually, I don’t, but she still needs to shut it up. Next.

At least three major companies want their ads pulled from Ann Coulter’s Web site, following customer complaints about the right-wing commentator referring to Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards as a “faggot.”
Verizon, Sallie Mae and Georgia-based NetBank each said they didn’t know their ads were on AnnCoulter.com until they received the complaints.
A diarist at the liberal blog DailyKos.com posted contact information for dozens of companies with ads on Coulter’s site after the commentator made her remarks about Edwards at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington on Friday.
“One of the best ways to communicate one’s distaste for Coulter’s repeated incidents of hate speech is to respectfully but firmly let her advertisers know you are deeply troubled by their indirect support of bigotry through their advertising on Coulter’s Web site,” the blogger VolvoDrivingLiberal wrote on DailyKos.com on Sunday.
Coulter did not respond to CNN’s request for comment.
