Mario Vasquez was a frontrunner going into American Idol 2005 until he dropped out right after he made the final 12.

Mario claimed his departure was due to "family reasons" but later said he didn't like Idol's strict contract and wanted to do his biznass on his own.

Now, two years post Idol, the truth is coming out.

Some narc named Magdaleno Olmos was an accountant for the American Idol production company and he filed a lawsuit today in LA, claiming Mario jacked off in front of him while Idol was in production.

His descriptions are kinda racy. Grown folks business includes the following deets:

Magdaleno said, "Vazquez stared lasciviously, smiled lasciviously and on one occasion followed him into a bathroom ... knocked on the door of the plaintiff's stall and made eye contact through the space in the stall door."

He continues saying that Mario "started to rub his genitals over his pants. Attempting to leave the bathroom, Olmos opened the door of the stall and saw Vazquez standing in front of him with his pants down masturbating.

Vasquez pushed further into the stall and continued masturbating with one hand and trying to pull down Olmos' pants with another hand.

Olmos claims he tried to cover his body with his hands but Vazquez touched his chest and stomach underneath his shirt, and Olmos' "genitals" as Vazquez "attempted to unzip" Olmos' pants.

Mario asked the dude "if he wanted oral sex."

Magdaleno then managed to get out of the stall, but only after Mario grabbed his arm. Magdaleno complained to his supervisor, but was told he was "crazy" and he was threatened to be fired. A few months later he received the axe.

Magdaeleno is suing Mario, FOX and Freemantle. Mario denied gay rumors shortly after he left Idol.

Hmmm... Is Mario gay? Is Magdaleno just some angry ex? Did Mario cum? Why would Mario grab Magdaleno's arm instead of his cock?

Does Magdaleno have any proof whatsoever? Either way, good story. If this isn't true, Magdaleno should start writing romance novels.

Tori Spelling and her money grubbing mama, Candy, are reconciling.

According to Tori's brother (and Candy's son), Randy Spelling, 28, "My sister and my mom have been communicating for the past few weeks" â€" and are planning to see each other soon.

"My mom is having a grandchild, and it puts things into perspective," Randy said.

On Monday's Good Morning America, Tori, 33, also said she was hoping to reconcile with her mother but did not go into specifics.

The bad blood between mother and daughter seems to stem from a variety of factors â€" including the negative portrayal of the mother character in Tori's VH1 sitcom So NoTORIous. Things worsened after Tori's father Aaron Spelling died in June.

However, Randy, who stars in the A&E program Sons of Hollywood (debuting April 1), says that the imminent arrival of Tori's baby with her husband Dean McDermott is helping ease the tension.

He says his mom is "so excited" about becoming a grandmother. "You always have that motherly instinct," he says. "People can fight, but they love each other."

WTF?! Tori's mother is only talking to her daughter because she's preggers?! Either way, I hope she'll let Tori get some of Aaron Spelling's money now.

Britney Spears has reportedly confessed to her rehab doctors that she has been bulimic since the age of 16.

Britney told the staff at Promises that she "pigs out" on junk food and makes herself sick in hopes that she'll lose weight.

"Doctors are alarmed at the physical state she's in," said an alleged senior source at the rehab facility. "They confronted her about her desperately unhealthy lifestyle and the truth came pouring out."

Britney stopped binging and purging when she was pregnant with her children, but started up again so she could lose her pregnancy weight.

"When she came here she was shaking and baking," said the insider. "Her whole body was wracked by spasms and she was hot one minute, then freezing the next."

The combination of drugs, alcohol and an eating disorder had turned the popstar into a "human wreck," said the source.

"Her first week in detox was real hell. She was in a total mess but slowly she's pulling through."

"For the first few days, she'd take her tablets, then go off and eat breakfast or lunch. She was throwing the whole lot up, so naturally her medications weren't working. Now the medical experts know why, her progress should pick up a little speed," said the source.
