Salma Hayek is not only engaged, but she's also preggers!

Salma's good friend and NY Daily News columnist, Ben Widdecomber reported the following statement issued by Ms. Hayek's publicist,

"Businessman Francois-Henri Pinault, and his fiancee, Salma Hayek, are happy to announce that they are expecting the arrival of their first child."

How Salma managed to keep her relationship top secret is beyond me. That's amazing. Congratulations! She's gonna be one sexy mama.

Salma's fiancee is none other than a super rich dude, Francois-Henri.

He's the CEO of PPR, the world's third largest luxury conglomerate. PPR is the proud owner of Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, French department store Printemps, music-and-book chain FNAC and more! This baby will be well taken care.

Vivid Entertainment wants the world to see Kim Kardashian's tits and ass. Despite Kim's pending lawsuit, Vivid is saying "f*ck you, Kim! You screwed on camera, deal with it" - my quotes. Ya know, the usual.

She's been trying to prevent the release of the "Kim Kardashian Superstar" sex video she made with her ex, Ray J.

Steven Hirsch, Co-Chairman of Vivid said, "I met with Kim yesterday and unfortunately, we didn't even come close to reaching an agreement. We will now immediately move forward with the release."

 

After Kardashian filed suit last month, Vivid announced that they would temporarily halt production. The company feels confident that they have a legal right to distribute the DVD of the video.

They paid an unidentified third party $1 million for rights to the tape. Vivid promises a new preview clip will be available next week on www.kimksuperstar.com.

Kim's rep said the whore met with Vivid, but nothing was resolved. She also added that Ms. Kardashian will "continue to vigorously defend and protect her legal rights." Her lawsuit is still active.

Should I feel sorry for Kim? Every time I hear about a sex tape I say, "stupid dumb whore, bitch, slut, skank, dumbass, ho..." - ya know, the usual. But what if I made a tape and someone released it, would I say the same thing?!

I'd probably say something more like, 'I'm good at ________ and now the world will have proof of my capabilities. I hope my tits look good, and I expect a big profit' - ya know, sumthin' like that. The usual.

Van Halen guitarist Eddie Van Halen has checked into rehab, the musician announced Thursday.

"I would like Van Halen fans to know how much I truly appreciate each and every one of you," the guitar player said in a statement posted on the band's Website, van-halen.com.

"I have always and will always feel a responsibility to give you my best. At the moment I do not feel that I can give you my best.

That's why I have decided to enter a rehabilitation facility to work on myself, so that in the future I can deliver the 110 percent that I feel I owe you and want to give you."

Van Halen will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with Patti Smith, R.E.M. and others at New York's Waldorf-Astoria on March 12.

USA Today reports that bandmates David Lee Roth and Alex Van Halen will not attend the event, though vocalist Sammy Hagar and bassist Michael Anthony are scheduled to be there.

Doesn't sound like good PR/damage control to me. Hope Eddie gets better soon.

I know some of you may be salivating right now. Me?! OVER IT! This Anna Nicole shite makes me queasy. I wanna know who the damn baby Daddy is. I mean, O.J. Simpson joked about being the father!

We're one DNA test away from finding out the truth so we can all move on with our lives, providing more time for us to obsess 'bout other celebs like Federsperm bald Brit, Bones Richie and who Parisite Hilton's gonna infect next. VERY important issues people!

But let's get to our dear Anna. The woman peeps mocked while she was alive, but started to adore after her passing.

The morning of February 8, Anna Nicole Smith was in bed in her suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Tasma "Taz" Brighthaupt, the wife of bodyguard Big Moe, was tending to Anna.

Taz believed Smith was sleeping. Mid-morning, she left the suite and went with Big Moe to the airport to pick up some people.

We're told that just before noon, Big Moe, his wife and several others entered the hotel lobby. As they approached the elevator, Howard K. Stern came down the elevator from Anna's room.

They all chatted and all went upstairs. Moe and his wife went into their room in the suite, leaving Howard in the living room. We don't know if Howard entered Anna's room.

We're told that a short time later (just after 12 noon), Moe was getting ready to leave. Howard asked Taz if she would stay and tend to Anna. She remained and Moe and Howard left.

We're told once in the lobby, Howard began pacing as he used his cellphone. Moe left the hotel. We're told Taz never spoke with Anna that day. Taz assumed she was sleeping.

Taz was using a computer near Anna's bed, never knowing there was trouble. At around 1:30, Taz realized something was wrong and called her husband.

Moe then called the hotel, and someone on the staff then called 911. It is unclear what Stern was doing between 12:00 and 1:30, but we're told he did not go back to the room during this time frame.

Is it just me, or is this new info just a tease? The fact that Howard's a lawyer makes me nervous! They know more about crimes than the most dedicated CSI fan. May the truth prevail.

Johnny Depp's daughter, who has reportedly fallen ill in England, is "doing much better" the actor's rep said in a statement Thursday.

"We are happy to report that their daughter is doing much better," Depp's rep, Robin Baum, said in a statement. "The family greatly appreciates the continued support and respect of their privacy."

Depp and his longtime girlfriend , Vanessa Paradis, have two children, Lily-Rose, 7, and Jack, 5.

Several British papers have reported that Lily-Rose came down with an undisclosed illness over a week ago and that Depp, 43, has been by her bedside every day. Depp has been filming a movie version of the stage musical Sweeney Todd for DreamWorks.

A studio rep said "We have adjusted the schedule to accommodate [Depp's] needs at this moment. We understand that [Lily-Rose] is improving. ... Obviously everybody at the studio is certainly with them in their good spirits."

One blogger was telling his readers to pray for Johnny's daughter? Maybe it worked?! Glad the fam is doing well.

An adult video company has joined the check danglers who are offering "American Idol's" controversial competitor major dough, as they attempt to cash-in on her newfound slut-ebrity status.

SugarDVD, the largest renter of adult DVDs online says they've offered Antonella Barba a whopping $500,000 to become their new spokesperson.

Last month, the same company offered $1 million to Kim Kardashian, which she refused.

If Barba signs, Sugar CEO "Jax" claims that her first gig would be hosting a launch party for their new video-on-demand service. Jax said he welcomed a bidding war. "You saw her photos online, she's smokin'. We will not lose because of money.

I'm really beginning to understand why so many girls base their lives off of how many guys think they're hot. It seems like having good looks is becoming more and more of a business opportunity, propelled by the Internet and haters posting personal pics online.

Which cover looks better?

Lane Garrison will be charged today with vehicular manslaughter, a felony.

Garrison was at the wheel last December when he plowed into a tree in Beverly Hills. Vahagn Setian, a 17-year-old high school student who was a passenger in the car, was killed.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney will also charge Garrison with driving under the influence. He will also be charged with providing alcohol to a minor.

Garrison's lawyer, Harland Braun said his client has arranged with the D.A. to voluntarily surrender to the court at 1:30 PM. We're told the D.A. will ask for $200,000 bail.

We're told Garrison's blood-alcohol level was .20, more than twice the legal limit. Significantly, the D.A. is not alleging Garrison acted with "gross negligence."

That's important because the enhancement of gross negligence would increase the maximum prison time. If convicted, Garrison faces a maximum of 6 years in prison.

More and more celebs are being punished for their crimes. It's like they're common folk now?
