Britney Spears took a break from rehab last night, for more rehab!

Brit rocked a brown wig underneath a hat, and she was reportedly heading to an AA meeting in Santa Monica last night, smiling all the way!

See what a lil time away from the paps and her two kids can do! She's rejuvenated already.

We're told that Britney, who was escorted into the support group by her assistant, returned to Promises treatment center right after the meeting.

Sounds like someone's getting better! Brit's doing well.

After a Florida court rejected Anna's annoying mother, Virgie Arthur's appeal to gain custody of her daughter's body, Anna's funeral will finally take place Friday in the Bahamas!

Florida Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin last week granted custody of Smith's body to Richard Milstein, the court-appointed advocate for Smith's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn. Arthur had contested the ruling, saying she wanted to bury her daughter in their home state of Texas.

After the appeals court rejected Arthur's bid Wednesday, Milstein said in a statement that the funeral was set for Friday, the Associated Press reports.

Arthur's lawyer, Tom Pirtle, told the AP Wednesday night that Arthur would not challenge the court's decision. "It's going to be difficult to appeal the ruling, so we're not going to appeal," he said.

The appellate court said in its ruling that Smith's "last ascertainable wish" was to be buried next to her son Daniel, who died in the Bahamas in September at age 20.

Did taxpayer dollars pay for this trial?!! Money was actually spent on deciding whether or not Anna should be buried next to her son she adored? At least this part of the drama is over. May she finally rest in peace.

Justin Timberlake and Pink are among the stars who have secretly been reaching out to show their support to Britney Spears as the pop singer battles substance abuse in rehab.

Timberlake left a personal message for his ex-girlfriend after calling the Promises treatment center in Malibu, California last week.

A pal tells America's Life & Style magazine, "He wished her the best and told her to get healthy and come back as the Britney he knew."

And Timberlake has asked Spears' mother Lynn to keep him updated with the Spear's progress.

Pink and Mary J. Blige have also called Promises to leave messages for Spears, who, under the center's rules, isn't allowed to receive phone calls during her stay.

This is so good to hear! Your true friends are revealed when you're down. Maybe Brit will come out of rehab stronger and better than ever.
