The Prime Minister of Trinidad has called for an investigation into the "dirty dancing" controversy involving Akon and a 14-year-old girl. The investigators are starting with the club who some blame for allowing the young girl to party.
The victim in the video, Deena Alleyne, whose father is a pastor recently told the local press:
"This whole hip hop thing is a guise and I don't want any part of it, I don't want to be any part of it. I thought it was going to be normal."
"I got carried away, I started to dance as well but I never thought it was going to be like that. I was shocked, my head was hitting the floor."

i will never voluntarily listen to akon again, he had no right to violate that girl like that and i have lost every ounce of "respect" i ever had for him . sriously did he not hear her yelling stop. and what was with those people in the crowd?

As Courtney said, the girl's age doesn't matter. Akon is disgusting, degrading and disrespectful. As a woman, I'm not going to excuse his behavior just because he's famous.
I could care less if the girl was "enjoying" it. He was wrong. He was throwing her around like a rag doll. No respect.
Plus, this is the shorter version. He was more violent but that video keeps getting removed from YouTube.
