Sources close to Hulk and Linda Hogan, who've been wedded for more than 20 years, say they're "going through a very hard time and their marriage is under a lot of strain."

The problems started several years ago when the Hogan family - including the couple's kids, aspiring pop singer Brooke and amateur race-car driver Nick - started filming the VH1 show "Hogan Knows Best."

Some of the well-documented battles on the show have been over how scantily clad Brooke - just 18 when she did her first major magazine - should be, or how late she could stay out with boyfriends.

A rep for the Hogans declined comment. But Hulk's wrestling manager, Jimmy Hart, told us, "There's ups and downs in every marriage. I was with them last weekend in Miami shooting the show and everything seemed fine. Dionne Warwick was there to do a song with Brooke, and Linda seemed fine. Ever since they went to marriage counseling on that VH1 show, people have said there were problems, but it's fine."

Britney Spears is trying to take back her career. Not only has the pop tart been back in the music studio and taking regular dance classes, an insider claims she fired her manager of several months, Larry Rudolph, on Friday.

Spears, who's been suffering from severe postpartum depression, blames Rudolph for recent missteps, including introducing her to her nemesis, Paris Hilton. There may be legal ramifications as she signed a multi-year deal with Rudolph.

I knew there was something more behind that little comment she made on the video. You know, when she said her management knew what they were doing when they sent her off to rehab?!? Is this crazy bitch riding the white pony again? She's all crazied out again if you ask me!

Police identified the gunman who killed 32 people on the Virginia Tech campus before turning the gun on himself as student Cho Seung-Hui, university police Chief Wendell Flinchum said Tuesday.

The 23-year-old South Korean and resident alien lived at the university's Harper Hall, Flinchum said. He was an English major, the chief said.

Flinchum said ballistics tests showed that one of the two guns recovered at Norris Hall, where 30 people and the gunman died, was used in the Norris shooting and an earlier shooting at a dormitory that left two dead.

The university and police are still in the process of releasing the names of the 32 people killed in Monday's shootings.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are suing the National Enquirer in the European courts. J-Lo and Marc-O say the Enquirer tried to link them to a heroin scandal. What do they expect? Marc Anthony looks like a heroin addict! My own opinion of course.. Don't sue me J-ho.

Paul Tweed -- who specializes in bringing U.S.-based celebrities' libel cases to British and Irish courts -- told The Associated Press that Lopez and Anthony were seeking "a six-figure settlement" from the Enquirer, based in Boca Raton, Fla., and its parent company, American Media Inc.

Tweed said the lawsuit would be filed Tuesday in a Belfast court, and in subsequent days in courts in Dublin, London and Paris.

The lawsuit also seeks an apology and retraction for an article that appeared in different versions of the Enquirer's U.S. and international editions.

Edward Norton is going green folks and not in the 'green-peace' tree hugging type of way.. He's gonna be a mean looking mo-fo!

Norton takes over a role played in the Ang Lee-directed "Hulk" by Eric Bana. Though that film opened strongly, it didn't fare as well as other Marvel efforts, including "Spider-Man," "X-Men," "Fantastic Four" and, most recently, "Ghost Rider."

Marvel Studios, which has a $525 million credit facility obtained through Merrill Lynch, made "The Incredible Hulk" its second film under that arrangement, and seeks to make a sequel that is less self-serious and more in line with the comic series and TV show.

The new pic begins with Banner on the run, trying to avoid capture long enough to cure the condition that turns him into a misunderstood green menace.

"Edward Norton is a rare talent and one of the most versatile actors in the business," Marvel Studios production president Kevin Feige said in a statement.

"His ability to transform into a particular role makes him the ideal choice to take on the character of Bruce Banner and the Hulk. Edward is perfectly suited to bring one of the most popular and important Marvel icons to the bigscreen in a new and exciting way."

The ORIGINAL Incredible Hulk used to scare the shit out of me! Lou Ferrigno is the scariest green dude ever. I saw him at a convention last year and got his autograph and was just as scared of him then as i was when i was 8. Then again the local weather stations computerized voice used to scare me. Richard Gere's repeated kisses on the cheeks of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty in an event to promote AIDS awareness sparked protests in India on Monday with demonstrators burning effigies of the actors.

Footage of the Hollywood star sweeping Shetty backwards in a dramatic embrace at the Sunday night event in New Delhi was repeatedly aired on news channels on Monday. Many saw the act as an outrage against Shetty's modesty and Indian culture, though Shetty herself angrily dismissed the protests as an "over-reaction" that made India look silly.

Groups of men burned and kicked effigies of the actors in protests across India, including in the northern Indian cities of New Delhi, Kanpur, Meerut and Varanasi as well as in the central city of Indore.

I agree with Shilpa, this was a total over-reaction. We all know Richard likes to send furry rodents down the dark-musty journey otherwise known as his butt.. O.K. maybe not, but Shilpa does kinda have a tranny look doesn't she?
