More than three months after Anna Nicole Smith’s death, her will was filed Monday in a Los Angeles probate court.
The documents were submitted by her companion and attorney Howard K. Stern, 38, who is also named as the will’s executor. According to the papers, her total assets are worth $710,000.
The will, drawn up in April 2001, leaves all of Smith’s assets to her son Daniel, who died on Sept. 10 from an accidental overdose in the Bahamas. Daniel, 20, was visiting his mother just days after she gave birth to daughter Dannielynn, now eight months.
Rapper/actress Eve has spoken out about her recent drunk-driving arrest, dismissing the incident as “one of those things”.
The 28-year-old was formally charged with driving under the influence (DUI) earlier this month, after crashing her gold Maserati into Hollywood Boulevard’s central reservation. She was arrested on the scene and later released from custody after posting $30,000 bail.
She tells MTV, “Things happen and this is the nature of the business I’m in.
I just feel blessed and happy that all the good things completely outweigh anything negative in my life.”
Eve is due in court on May 17 to face the DUI charge and two other related offences.

Oy Vey! I’m not Jewish but I wanted to say it anyway! George, your show just wasn’t all around funny. It had it’s funny moments, but nothing that I felt I needed to turn to every week and watch. And to be honest, you had 5 good years. There’s a lot of shows that don’t make it that long. Can’t you just be happy knowing you were the first Latino to have a successful show and have paved the way for many others?
