The Rihanna Diet: Pineapple, Soup and Egg Whites
Super sexy banger Rihanna looks slim, toned and hot in the latest issue of Us Weekly. She also gives the deets on how she keeps it tight. Rih Rih says she has:
- lemon water and pineapple for breakfast
- soup for lunch
- and a "snack" of egg whites and chicken for dinner
She also says: "My legs are leaning out and I love my â¦..everything."
Sounds like we may have our first African American Bones Richie comin' up.

Tam I think that is stupid to say that people should eat when they are hungry, because alot of people seem to always have a hunger or craving for food no matter how much they have eaten. Rihanna's diet it great. I think people should take a day or two off from eating food, and just drink water, then after their body has detoxed, then they can go and start her diet. There stomach with be smaller, and more willing to work with her diet. Also all the toxins will be washed out because of the two day fast from food. I've done this and it works. Exercise by walking or doing some aerobic dancing. I lost 10 pounds in 2 days....all of that was water weight, and toxic waste. I look so much slimmer, and I have a new confidence that I never had before. Way to go Rihanna. I hope I can look as good or better then you some day. love u.

These stars are always in the public eye and have much more pressure on them to look good than us who are not. Therefore, they go on these ridiculous diets and exercise regimes to lose the weight A.S.A.P.
I believe being healthy is just as important as losing the weight. A good start is to slowly cut back on junk food, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise. Breakfast is a must and portion size is also important and only eating when you are hungry. If you restrict yourself too much in the beginning, you are more likely to quit and never do it again. Once you start to notice the results, like having more energy, people complimenting you that you look great etc, it will become an addiction and a part of your life.
You're only human and cravings are normal so you can still eat the things you like, but in small amounts. Being on a diet doesn't mean you have to deprive yourself of the things you like, but to give your body the nutrition it needs.
