Lee T. Weaver claimed in an interview with the UK’s News of the World tabloid that he worked for Lindsay for two years.
TMZ has learned that Weaver worked for Lindsay for a total of ten days in the spring of 2006, for which he was paid a total of $3,500. We’re told that he was just “filling in as a favor” on Lindsay’s usual security detail, and that he was never a staff member.
Lindsay’s rep tells TMZ, “It’s deeply unfortunate that this person has deluded himself into thinking that he worked for Lindsay for a long period of time. This is a cynical and ugly attempt on his part to cash in on Lindsay’s fame.”
Just because he lied about how long he worked for her doesn’t mean he lied about what a hot mess she is!

Pearlman’s arrest on one felony count of bank fraud ended several months of hiding for the boy-band mogul, who created the Backstreet Boys and ‘N Sync.
He also faces several lawsuits and two involuntary bankruptcy proceedings, but hasn’t responded to court subpoenas and doesn’t have an attorney in either bankruptcy case.
Banks are hounding Pearlman and his companies for more than $120 million, according to bankruptcy court documents.
Pearlman lost control of several companies in February when a state judge appointed a receiver to take over the books.
The receiver, Jerry McHale, said Pearlman appears to have defrauded about 1,000 individual investors of more than $315 million.

Christina Aguilera has fuelled reports she is expecting her first child, after her spokesperson declined to deny she is pregnant.
Earlier this week, entertainment website TMZ.com reported Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman visited the Maternal Fetal Medicine Association in New York City last Thursday.
When asked to confirm or deny the reports, the Genie In A Bottle hit maker’s spokeswoman said, “I cannot confirm (the reports).”
So you can’t confirm but ya can’t deny either? WTF? I bet there’s a baby on the way. Woo hoo! But Jordan has a serious beak on him so if Christina IS prego, I surely hope that child carries most of her features. Amid all the reports of Kelly firing her manager Jeff Kwatinetz of The Firm, news has been released that she is cancelling her summer tour for now.
Plans for Kelly Clarkson’s summer tour have been shelved for now as the singer and her team re-evaluate her show’s size and scope – a decision made even more difficult by the impending release of her album, “My December.””
“It is mind blowing when you stop to think about what Kelly Clarkson has achieved during her young career,” said Michael Rapino, CEO of LiveNation.
“But ticket sales have not been what we anticipated and we came to the realization that we had bit off more than we could chew. In the end, we are in the Kelly Clarkson business and for that reason we believe that this decision will only benefit her and her fans in the long run.”
“The day when she will play in sold-out arenas is, no doubt, coming, but for now her fans should look forward to seeing her in a more intimate concert environment. Kelly deserves a tremendous amount of praise for her courage in not only being a part of, but in supporting, this difficult decision.”
Tickets for the tour can be refunded at the point of purchase.
In addition, as future concert dates become available, current ticket holders will be invited via email, mail or phone notification, to purchase tickets through an exclusive presale, which will take place prior to the general on sale date for each concert.
