Paris Hilton will leave jail on Tuesday after serving 23 days of the original 45-day sentence imposed by a judge for violating probation, sheriff’s officials said Friday.
The total term takes into account 22 days of credit for good behavior.
“There was some confusion as to whether it would be Monday or Tuesday, and we just wanted to let people know what was happening,” says sheriff’s Sgt. Duane Allen, Jr.
Records specialists calculated her actual release date, based on Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Sauer’s orders, and it is June 26. She can be released any time of day or night.
Paris is going to have that freedom party she was paid $800,00 to host and she’s gonna talk to the press and tell us how she’s “grateful” and “life is beautiful” and anything else she read on a fortune cookie. Get ready.

Eddie Murphy is the father of “Scary Spice” Melanie Brown’s 2-month-old daughter, Brown’s rep confirms to PEOPLE.
The results of the DNA test, which Murphy took on June 11, were received by Brown on Thursday afternoon, says rep Liza Anderson.
“He’s the baby’s father, it’s official,” says a source close to Brown. “The baby is undoubtedly, 110 percent his.”
Of Brown, the source said, “There was no doubt in people’s minds anyways, least of all hers. It wasn’t a surprise to her. She knew all along.”
Murphy’s rep declined to comment.
Brown, 32, gave birth to the baby, Angel Iris Murphy Brown, on April 3, and has long contended that Murphy is the child’s father.
She and the comic dated last summer, but in December Murphy told a Dutch TV show of Brown’s pregnancy: “I don’t know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test.”

Isaiah’s still trying to prove he’s not homophobic. He had an interview with the Houston Chronicle where he said:

Rumors have swirled that the raptor proposed at his baby mama’s (Norma) baby shower over the weekend. Tacky! But according to Brandy’s spokesman, Courtney Barnes, when Tyrese got down on bended knee, he proposed to his baby mama, Norma, and not to the “Moesha” star.

Sara Ramirez couldn’t possibly be any prettier. She’s a dime piece, absolutely gorgeous and she’s not bony, she’s healthy. I would say ‘big is beautiful’ but that only applies to some women and Sara’s definitely one of ‘em! Tho I wouldn’t even describe her as “big,” she looks great and fit and she’s doin’ the damn thing! Plus Ms. Ramirez is very talented too.
On a side note, a few weeks ago my friend told me he went to school with Sara. I said, ‘WTF?!’ I wanted some dirt and some secrets to expose on POTP, but he didn’t have any.
