Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Will Smith & Jada Pinkette-Smith Throwing A Welcome Party For Beckhams

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, along with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, are throwing David and Victoria Beckham a "Welcome to America" party on Sunday. Our tipster reports, "Invitations went out all over Hollywood . . . they were printed on red velvet with tacky gold lettering."
I can understand maybe a welcome to LA / the neighborhood type of party but not a welcome to America party. I can't wait to see the photos from this all American shin dig! Any party with Tom Cruise involved just has to be a good old time. He'll throw some roofies in their drinks so he can convert them to Scientology before the night's over.

Well this seems to be a welcoming party to have new swingers into the Will and Jada's club. But I don't think the Beck are up to their par..Will looks stressed that last time he was in toronto Canada. Maybe he is trying to go straight NOT!

I don't think it's pathetic.
Will Smith, Jada, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were friends with the Beckhams before David signed his deal with the LA Galaxy. They're just doing something nice for their friends.
I would do the same thing, it just wouldn't make headlines.

Why is everyone suddenly jumping all over the Beckham train? It's pretty pathetic, actually, to watch these celebrities rushing to be their BFFs. It's like they're all still in high school and trying to eat lunch with the cool kids. Sad.
