Brandy May Not Be Prosecuted For Manslaughter
Los Angeles City Attorney officials dunno whether or not to prosecute Brandy for a fatal car accident that occurred last December.
Brandy rear-ended another car on the highway while in her Range Rover, triggering a multi-car wreck and killing a 38-year-old woman. Investigators are trying to determine how fast Brandy was driving, and if she braked before hitting the car in front of her.
Brandy could be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
Even though Brandy's a has been, she's still above us common folk. Just send this bitch to Lynwood! She'll be released within 6 days.

Accidents happen. It isn't like she went out and planned to cause an accident that would kill someone.
Cut her some slack.
She has to live with the guilt of it for the rest of her life.
Believe me, that is more than enough punishment.
