The 'Vanessa Hudgens Is Fired From Disney' Rumor Is False
Vanessa's rep confirms the truth.
There are already rumors that Disney has given Vanessa the boot and hired Adrienne Bailon from Disney's "The Cheetah Girls" to play Gabriella.
But her rep just issued a statement to In Touch, saying, "Oh my, that story is so 100 percent not true. Vanessa's not an 'employee' of Disney, there's nothing to be fired from."
Vanessa Hudgens' squeaky-clean image just got a makeover. On her Myspace page, dozens of fans are writing in to voice support and disdain.
One fan writes, "Keep your head up!" and others write that something so private should never be splashed across the web. But some have less sympathy and are vowing to never watch her on television again, blasting that she is a bad role model for young girls.
The Associated Press also reports,
The Disney Channel (part of the Walt Disney Co.) denied a published report that Hudgens will be dropped from the upcoming feature film "High School Musical 3." That movie is in development and negotiations with the stars are incomplete.
UPDATE: Vanessa has issued an apology:
"I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends."

and up use the computer all the time, and have passed these
around for all to see!
She had it all with those great roles. WHY did she have to look
like a wh--- in front of other kids, making them think these
things are acceptable?
I think she should be banned from HSM. Let her go make adult
films so kids don't have to look at her.

Really, Vanessa can take those pictures if she wants, it's her own life! People should just give celebs a break. I think Adrienne is wrong for the part just like anyone. If you are going to fire Vanessa, just don't do the movie. They'd use up more money than make because it wouldn't be the same. Like other people said, Zac kissing Adrienne? Nikki Blonski in Hairspray was enough. They should seriously keep her. Vanessa, of all the people in HSM, I'd rather have your back than anyone else.

i think everyone needs to leave her alone and that disney should not fire her no one else can play the part of gabriella like her so if anybody has something to say about that then write back and yes adrienne is a good actor but i think that everybody makes mistakes so that was just a mistake and the other vanessa did the same thing and the only thing that happened was that she loss her title to miss america and she still is an actress and is on all kind of tv shows so forget about it

If Vannesa isn't in HSM3 I will be seriously pissed because i couldn't see anyone else playing Gabriella. On the subject of the picture... she was young and dumb! I'll bet you at least half of the people who are complaining about these pictures have probably done the same thing themselves at one time or another. I can tell that Vanessa is a good person who is not afraid to make her boyfriend happy by any means necessary. On top of that how much do you want to bet that one of the Glorious Cheetah Girl have done the same thing one way or another! We are human and we like to show off what we have. Get over it! I also agree with Tara, how is she a bad influence for young kids when little keds shouldn't even be on the internet looking up nude pictures.

dude people...she is a girl...did u know that? i'm not saying what she did isn't stupid but think about it. she is a teenager and teenagers make mistakes. i am not a big fan of her so i have nothing to say but to drop all of this. don't you think sorry for her that a NAKED picture is all over the internet...i mean how would you feel if this happened to you

Ok. I seriously DONT see why they should fire her. All of a sudden, pictures got out onto the internet. Pictures that taken 3 years ago!!!!!!!!!!! Who knows, maybe she has changed,. Well nvm. Maybe she was being a teenager who was goofing off. I'm sure TONS of ppl take pictures like that. They have no reason to fire her. Honestly!!!
