Um okay!! WTF...THis girl is really smart too! If you have ever seen her in an interview she comes across as being really intelligent! Kind of strange she wore this. She probably just wanted the attention!

I hope she had a good reason for dressing like this. I can't think of none that can justify why. The theme of the costumes has nothing to do with MTV Awards...does it?
