As pretty much all of you know, a judge in the Britney and Kevin Federline custody batle has ordered that Britney must be tested for drugs and alcohol twice a week.

The judge thinks that "there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by Britney."

The deets:

Custody remains at 50/50 for now

Britney and Kevin can't talk in public about each other or each other's family members

Brit, K-Fed and anyone else can't use corporal punishment against the kids

They must each complete the "Parenting Without Conflict" program and go to co-parenting counseling together

Britney and KFed can't drink alcohol or take controlled substances during the care of their kids or 12 hours before taking care of their kids.

This seems way too strict and it's obvious Britney's going to lose custody soon. Bitch went boozin' last night.

Watch out world! Looks like we will be having a baby skeletor or two crawling around in the next few months. In Touch is reporting they have close sources confirming that J-Lo is pregnant.... Possibly with twins!

Sources tell the publication she had an ultrasound performed in a New York office on September 12. One insider says, "The test calculated that she was about 12 weeks pregnant." The couple has been trying to get pregnant for the past two years and eventually turned to in vitro fertilization.

And those close to the couple claim the baby news could be a double blessing - doctors think Lopez, 38, could be expecting twins.A pal tells In Touch, "The way the fetus is lying made it difficult for the doctor to tell if there was more than one baby in there."

A university student with a history of taping his own practical jokes was Tasered by campus police and arrested after loudly and repeatedly trying to ask U.S. Senator John Kerry questions during a campus forum. Andrew Meyer, 21, spent a night in jail before his release Tuesday morning. His attorney, Robert Griscti, did not return messages seeking comment."He apparently asked several questionsâ€"he went on for quite awhileâ€"then he was asked to stop," university spokesman Steve Orlando said. "He had used his allotted time. His microphone was cut off, then he became upset."

As Kerry tells the audience he will answer the student's "very important question," Meyer yells at the officers to release him, crying out, "Don't Tase me, bro," just before he is shocked by the Taser. He is then led from the room, screaming, "What did I do?"

I can understand the dude may have gone on longer than he was suppose to but taser him while he's handcuffed? You can't tell me 4 officers couldn't have at least carried him out of the auditorium before shocking his ass! Those are some bad po-po!

New mom Jaime Pressly owes her post-baby weight loss to a diet program doctors use to get patients prepared for surgery. The Emmy Award-winning actress admits she started getting back into shape 10 days after baby Dezzi James was born in May, and she used the Cabbage Soup Detox Diet twice to help her shed the pounds and tone up.

Pressly says, "I got back into the gym and worked out two hours a day, five days a week, and I did the Cabbage Soup diet. It helps cut the fat and it's also something that doctors give patients who are waiting to go into surgery - to detox their body. So it's a really great, healthy diet."

I've thought about doing the cabbage soup diet before, but I've got enough fart issues as it is. If I tried this diet the governor would have to call a state of emergency for the green gas cloud that would be lingering over my house. It would make for a great fart football game though! Man I could hold an entire tournament series in one day if I did the cabbage soup diet! I've gotta find the recipe now.

Alicia's new album hits stores on November 13. I'm all over that shit!

Kanye was suppose to be involved in an MTV voter awareness event which also features Bill Clinton but it seems Kanye has burned his bridge a little too far with MTV.

"Clinton sent him a letter asking him to participate, but he said he also wanted a personal phone call from the [former] President," says the source.

An MTV rep confirmed West is not participating in the event but added: "Saying MTV does not wish to work with him would be inaccurate. ... He has been the one who has been vocal about saying he will never work with us again." MTV has decided to ask Alicia Keys instead, says the insider.

A personal phone call from Clinton? Maybe if you're wearing a blue dress and give good head! ;)
