A man convicted of being a serial flasher told a court he could not be guilty as his genitals were too small. Michael Carney, 41, claimed he was too embarrassed about the size of his manhood to expose himself to women and showed the court photographs as proof.But the jury at Teesside Crown Court convicted the father-of-two, of Stockton, Teesside of seven counts of outraging public decency.

During the three-day trial the defendant told the court: "It causes embarrassment to myself, even to the point where it is with my wife. I wouldn't want myself to be seen in public like that. My genitalia are underdeveloped and it is so much smaller than average."

He showed the jury photographs taken by his wife to prove his claims. But the jury convicted him of flashing in front of six different women over a number of years.

* Oh my gosh. I'm guessing he didn't have an attorney? What kind of excuse is that, 'my penis is tiny!' His wife should file for divorce.

Dumb attention whores need to learn their lesson.Kim Kardashian claimed that $50,000 worth of goods was jacked at the JFK Airport, but no police report was filed and the NYPD doesn't believe Kim's fakery.

Now the big booty ho may find herself in legal trouble. A Delta Airlines insider says several airline employees who were accompanying Kim and her crew at JFK are consulting with lawyers and considering suing the attention whore for telling people the alleged theft was an "inside job" committed by Delta.

Sources close to the couple say Lindsay dumped Riley shortly after the two returned to Los Angeles on Nov. 25 (following their holiday weekend on the East Coast ). "She made it pretty clear when they got home," says our source. "It's over."

"It was fine when they were in Utah, just the two of them, but then they returned to L.A. and Lindsay was shooting a movie, photographers followed them everyone, she had meetings with this agent, that publicist, this director. His ego couldn't take it." And when the pair were back East together over Thanksgiving, Riley wouldn't even get out of the car to go shopping with Lindsay because of all the photogs.

LiLo's Friends Were Not Impressed: "They thought he was unsophisticated and told her she should have left him in Utah with his snowboard," says the source. "He never paid. Yeah, we know Lindsay is the rich and famous one, but come on. Be the man once in a while! Pay for a round of Cokes. I mean, they weren't even drinking alcohol, so how much could a round of Cokes be?"

That was the last straw. Sunday night, Lindsay told Riley she wanted a break.

The search for a missing college student who led a secret life as an Internet porn performer turned into a homicide case after her body was apparently found.

Authorities said the preliminary physical description of the body found Thursday about 50 miles east of El Dorado matches that of Emily Sander, who was last seen leaving a bar here a week ago with a man who stayed in a motel room where police found large quantities of blood.Investigators refused to give details about the state of the body or how it was found. Police Chief Tom Boren said the cause of death was not yet known. An autopsy was planned for Friday.

Sander's case drew wide attention after it was revealed that she appeared on a popular adult Web site under the name Zoey Zane. In some photographs, she appears merely scantily clad in lingerie or cowgirl outfits. Other pictures, some of which require viewers to pay for, are more explicit, showing her nude, fondling herself and posing with other women.

The 18-year-old Butler Community College student was last seen Nov. 23 with Israel Mireles, 24. Authorities are looking for him and his 16-year-old pregnant girlfriend.

"She was probably the most independent girl I know," said Nikki Watson, a close friend. "She was so anxious to get out on her own and make something of herself. She was ready to take on life."

"She wanted to choreograph music videos. That is the only reason she did the Internet thing â€" to get a little exposure."

* I try to stay away from non-celebrity stories because it's hard enough keeping up with celebs, but I saw this story and I couldn't not post it. So sad. If the suspect did murder Emily, his pregnant girlfriend better run for the hills and keep their baby away from him! Scary.

Police don't believe Kim Kardashian's claim that a thief stole $50,000 worth of valuables while she was being mobbed by fans at JFK airport. The sex tape vixen and reality TV star supposedly lost her diamonds, a Cartier watch, digital camera and her laptop on Nov. 8, but law enforcement officials suspect it's a publicity stunt. Neither Port Authority cops, the NYPD nor the Queens district attorney has any report of a theft. Kardashian's reps didn't return calls.

Why can't Kim spend less time leaking fake stories and more time plucking those eyebrows? It looks likes she's been growing that mess out so she can get eyebrow cornrows for Christmas.
