Sources say K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will go before L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon tomorrow morning, arguing that Britney has failed to respond in a timely manner when she is called for random drug testing. We're told Kaplan will ask to modify the existing custody order, giving Britney limited visitation rights.
This ho just can't do anything right can she? She should just start showing up daily to the drug testing people and pee in cups. If she really wants to be defiant, she could just piss on the floor and say TEST THAT BITCHES!

* It's sad Britney's advisors/ helpers/ enablers don't know shit. There's no way Kevin should not be tested too. Now his lawyer is trying to take away some of her visitation rights because she hasn't been keeping up with tests.
