Denied Wedding Proposal?
Reese reportedly turned down a wedding proposal from Jake because she's still trying to find out if he's gay too fresh out of the divorce and not ready to jump into the wife role again.
"Reese says it is just too soon after her divorce from Ryan to think about marrying again. She is madly in love with Jake, but her divorce just became final, and she doesn't want to rush into anything. Reese wants to take things very slowly because of her two young children. She doesn't want anything to upset or disrupt them. It took her a while to introduce them to Jake - she didn't want them to know they were a couple until they were definitely serious about each other."
Maybe it's just because they're having a good day, but I think they look great together!

I don't really think Reese should get hitched again. Just hit it and split it.

I think the reports he proposed to her are utter rubbish someone made up bcz they are running out of things to say about this couple. They aren't together for our entertainment and there is no requirement to have a "story." Jake is, among other things, a smart, sensible young man.I'm sure both of them would be thinking about those children, especially Reese, but also Jake. And since I know nothing, I can only speculate, but I think Jake will probably want children. These are Ryan's kids and he is very involved in their lives. Jake would understand there are boundaries in his relationship with them no matter how much they all like each other. So I think taking it slow makes sense for everyone.
