New film footage of Amy Winehouse has emerged, which sees the troubled star pulling an item from her beehive which she then appears to snort.

The footage was filmed by an audience member at one of her shows and is currently being sent around the world over email.

American Idol runner-up Katharine McPhee is engaged to actor Nick Cokas, sources tell PEOPLE. McPhee, 23, recently has been showing off a ring from Cokas, 42. They have been dating for more than a year.

"Katharine is bubbling over with excitement for her upcoming wedding," a source says. "She is all smiles when she talks about the planning. It sounds like everything is going very smoothly."

Once she realizes he's gonna need Viagra to keep that cock going in the next couple years, she'll be runnin' for the hills.

We all have it wrong about Samantha Ronson. According to one of Lindsay's friends, she's a good influence for Linds and tries to keep her in check.

"People who know Lindsay and know Sam know she's a good influence in Lindsay's life. Sam has stopped Lindsay from destructive behavior in the past, and where most people want something from Lindsay, Sam doesn't. She's not an enabler - she doesn't do drugs. She's completely stable."

Asked for comment about her reputation as a "bad influence," Ronson told us, "It's frustrating that I have to make a comment about my friends, but apparently taking the high road only generates false allegations. Those who know me know the truth. I'm not sure where or why these rumors started, but that's all they are."

Do you buy any of this? I have a hard time believing her with these pics that circulated back in June. Good friends don't hold your hoodie up for the paps to get a good picture when you're totally fugged up out of your mind.

If you wanna set the record straight, I guess there's no better place to do it than Page Six. At least Lance Armstrong must think so. He went straight to the main gossip source and denied any type of relationship with Ashley Olsen.

Lance Armstrong wants to set the record straight. "Ashley Olsen and I are strictly friends," the world-renowned athlete told us. "We have hung out amongst other friends, and she strikes me as a nice, smart lady."

The federal government indicted Barry Bonds yesterday for perjury and obstruction of justice, charging him with lying to a grand jury about his use of performance-enhancing drugs. He could face 30 years in prison if convicted. The key piece of evidence came from a drug test Bonds actually wanted to take.

BALCO, the lab that would design a program of drugs for the baseball star, administered a steroid test to Bonds on Nov. 18, 2000. The test came back positive for two steroids. Investigators from the IRS found the positive test in the early phases of the BALCO investigation in 2003, giving them concrete evidence of Bonds' steroid use, sources said yesterday.

I don't have any sympathy for these bastards who shoot up with performance drugs to get ahead in the game. I hope he does get locked up and takes it in the ass!

Hayden Panettiere has a warrant out for her arrest for trying to be a Flipper saving 'Hero' in Japan. The warrant comes after Hayden, along with other activists, paddled out and attempted to block a pod of dolphins from a group of Japanese fishermen last month.

I learned that they have an arrest warrant out for me in Japan," the Heroes star told E! News exclusively Wednesday. "We just found out." When asked what the arrest warrant could mean, Panettiere replied, "Potentially jail, but I doubt it."And the actress isn't letting a little thing like a warrant keep her from her cause. "I'd do it again," she said. "Very possibly, might do it again."
