One source said during their 2-year marriage Britney witnessed K-Fed smoking pot and drinking beer around the kids. Britney hopes investigators will come back with good shit so she can switch it up in their custody battle.

In a column on The Huffington Post Sunday, Spelling cited a November 16 Los Angeles Times article about Spears driving over the feet of a sheriff's deputy and two photographers."Enough. It's time to leave this girl alone," she wrote. "She didn't run over the feet of the two paparazzi or one sheriff's deputy on purpose. I've seen 'breaking news' of her driving on many networks, and I don't think her aim is that good."
When it comes to Spears coverage, Spelling said, "Feet must not count. We've already learned they are just misdemeanors. Fortunately, the foot faults do not seem [to] have resulted in any injuries to the three victims."
But she warned, "that can't be the case for Spears, though, or her children whose terrified faces we see each time the paparazzi invade her car to get new photos.
"Three feet is enough," she continued. "We all know that something terrible is destined to happen to Spears, her kids, one of the photographers or innocent bystanders if she isn't given a few feet of space and privacy. How about a time out?"

Nicole Richie celebrated her pregnancy with a Wizard of Oz-themed baby shower at the Beverly Hills Hotel Sunday. It was hosted by her mother, Brenda, her sister, Sophia, and her long time pals, Paris Hilton and Masha Gordon."The shower was really cute," Hilton told Us. "We had a Wizard of Oz cake."
The 90 guests â" including Lauren Conrad, celeb DJ Samantha Ronson and Aussie singer Sophie Monk (Benji Madden's fiancée ) â" noshed on "little burgers and pasta," Hilton added.
The bash ended around 4 p.m.
"The shower was great," Conrad told Us. "It was really cute."

Nicole Kidman told a courtroom Monday how she was reduced to tears and feared a car accident after a celebrity photographer pursued her two years ago. Kidman, who divides her time between Los Angeles and her hometown of Sydney, Australia, was testifying in the photographer's defamation suit against a Sydney newspaper that slammed him for allegedly hounding the Oscar-winning actress.
Kidman described hunkering down in the car's back seat - leaning over in her chair in the witness stand to demonstrate - to try to avoid being spotted by photographer Jamie Fawcett. She said the trip quickly turned into a hair-raising chase as a vehicle carrying Fawcett and another vehicle, believed to contain his assistant, lurched through traffic around Kidman's car."I was frightened and I was worried there was going to be an accident," Kidman said. Kidman said she was "really, really scared" during the car ride and that she was "in tears and distressed" by the time she reached her parents' house. "I employ people to protect me now. I employ people 24 hours to protect myself because I don't feel equipped to handle things," she said.
I can't really comment much on this story except say if I saw someone as pasty as her driving down the road, I'd chase the ho for a pic too! That's like getting the Abominable Snowman on video!
