Scarlett Johansson Takes Legal Action

Scarlett is taking legal action against US Magazine’s Plastic surgery ‘Did they or didn’t they?’ story they wrote this week which ponders if Scarlett had a nose job. It’s funny how the mag’s do their plastic surgery stories about celebrities and the pictures they use are usually not the same makeup, lighting, or the person may have lost or gained a little weight since the last pic.

Scarlett Johansson has announced “immediate legal action” against Us magazine over this week’s cover, which uses her to illustrate a “Did they or didn’t they?” story on celebrity plastic surgery. “I have always been straight forward with the press regarding my body image, and I am very concerned that my fans (and perhaps even my employers) will feel misled.”An Us Weekly rep responds: “Nowhere in our story do we categorically state that Ms. Johansson has had any plastic surgery.”

I don’t think we’ll see Scar Jo in another one of US Mag’s ‘Did they or didn’t they’ plastic surgery stories for a long time.
