Shia LaBeouf had a strike of luck this morning when he found out his misdemeanor charges from Walgreens were dropped. I’m sure Walgreens is just happy with the publicity they’ve received out of this. Besides, who wouldn’t enjoy a drunken Shia looking this hot staggering around their store?

Shia showed up in court this morning to receive the good news — Walgreens does not want to pursue charges against him. Merry early Christmas!Shia’s attorney tells TMZ the actor is “happy to put this behind him and get back to work .”
