The former "O.C." star was pulled over early this morning around 2:45 AM as she was driving in West Hollywood, Calif. Cops say she "was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn."
When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she "was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage."Barton is still in custody, being held on $10,000 bail. The L.A. County Sheriffs' Inmate Information website called her "Mischa Burton." Sources tell us that Mischa has been "very cooperative" and "no trouble at all."
Okay, so maybe she didn't have a license to begin with. Either way, I don't get it. Is it just me or does Mischa have a light smirk in that pic?

The 22 year old [model, Hana Nitsche] said that some time ago she was contacted by Alexandra Paressant. "A couple of days ago, she called me again. [She said] I should send her a video." It was meant to be a casting video.
"She gave me the text. She claimed it was about a love movie. I should recite the given sentences. Of course I didn't know which Tony it referred to."
So some model was tricked by a woman no one has ever seen to claim that she had an affair with Tony Parker. As Crazy Days and Nights reports, it's not likely that Parker's lawsuit against X17 for reporting the story will be successful.
The woman initially appeared to be believable given the "evidence" she offered and the videos, which weren't even of her. I would like to see what this Paressant person really looks like as she's led away in handcuffs and/or sued into the ground by Parker and Longoria.
Raz B so got paid. Is money worth more than exposing a jerk (if Chris Stokes actually molested and raped him like Raz said)? Possibly.
Remember, Chris did say "I don't do that anymore" on the second video.

Lindsay Lohan is having a bad week. First, her ex-boyfriend Riley Giles (whom she met in rehab and spent Thanksgiving with) told Britain's News of the World that Lohan "quit coke and got hooked on sex with me," and now Giles is selling photos he took of Lohan while they were together.
On Dec. 26, dozens of magazine editors awoke to an e-mail from a well-known photo agency. The e-mail included several snapshots of Lohan in various states of undress, and boasted that the pics were "personal photos taken by Riley Giles while he was dating Lindsay Lohan."
"Say what you will about their relationship, but I don't think she ever imagined he would do this to her," a source close to Lohan said.
I'm shocked I haven't heard of a Lindsay Lohan sex tape yet. You know she's dumb enough to film one right now even though everyone around her always seems to leak her scandalous knife, cocaine and now, nekkid pics.

All the coin that Paris thought she was going to get from her Hilton inheritance? It could be gone and it's all her grandfather's fault.
Barron Hilton announced Wednesday that he would be giving 97 percent of his $2.3 billion fortune to charity, specifically to the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, putting Paris' reported $30 million windfall in some doubt. (There will still be about $130 million left, presumably for the family.)
Grandpa Barron has been quoted as being "embarrassed" by Paris' behavior and supposedly even threatened to yank her inheritance entirely a few years back.

Tiffany "New York" Pollard â" the outspoken star of VH1's hit reality show I Love New York 2 â" is going to become a Mrs. after all.
Her Mr. Right? "Tailor Made" (real name George Weisgerber), a 32-year-old retail planner from Queens, New York.
Weisgerber proposed on the Dec. 17 finale, but Pollard turned him down, saying she wanted to wait 24 months before making any decisions about marriage. "I respected that," Tailor Made told PEOPLE. "I cherish her. She's what I need."
On season 2's reunion show that airs Jan. 6, he proposes to her again and, this time, "she says yes," a source told PEOPLE exclusively. "They are madly in love. They are a great couple."
