Britney Spears gave the kids to Kevin Federline at 10:50 p.m., the L.A. news reported. Ambulances and fire trucks arrived at her home. She was under the influence.
Britney Spears was just wheeled out of her home on a gurney by paramedics! We're told Britney is being taken to a local hospital on a "medical hold" -- essentially a mental evaluation. Cops found her earlier this evening at her home under the influence of an "unknown substance."
This is all so incredibly sad. Britney finally showed up for her first deposition yesterday, then she takes "an unknown substance" hours later while her children are in her care!!!! This custody battle is completely over. Kevin Federline will receive primary custody. But what does that all mean? It means Britney will continue to spiral out of control.
It's amazing how Britney was once on the top, a successful world icon with a glamorous life. Today, her life couldn't possibly be any worse. Did she try to kill herself? Did she simply overdo it? Of course the tabloids are gonna say she attempted suicide, that's typical. There's really nothing to poke fun of in this situation. At least I won't do it. Britney, get better!!! Tragic.

Britney has arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. We're told as she was brought out of the ambulance, she flipped off the waiting paparazzi.

they really need to admit her into a court ordered rehab. this is sad i actually teared up when i saw this this morning how tragic is this...anyone can say she brought this on her self but those fucking leeches call the paparazzi haven't helped and fat fugs like perez hilton have completely contributed to her downfall. You only have to be called or told your a loser or a bad mother so many times before you believe it..Famewhores like perez hilton love that they are driving her to the edge otherwise he wouldn't have anything to write about. i really respect this site in not making fun or taking this lightly this poor woman needs help and our prayers!

First off, Perez Hilton isn't to blame for anyone's mental Health. If you believe that then you might be in need of a medical exam yourself.
Second, I totally agree that this is extremly sad! I can't believe she has finally hit rock bottom. At least she didn't hurt herself or her kids! I really do feel so bad for her. Hopefully she will be admitted into something much more deep than rehab. She needs more help than that. I don't think Drugs are what make her crazy.
Third, I love your site the most too! I think it is tasteful when it needs to be and down right raunchy when it calls for it as well. Snarky and Joy are the best and I KNOW that 08 will be soooooo good to them! All I ask, when you get tickets to do an event like the oscars, the grammys or anything else, you best be hitting me up:)!!!

What should I say? I love you both!!!!! :) I also think you both have very good arguments. While Perez Hilton isn't responsible for anyone than himself, he's not innocent and he hasn't exactly helped Britney Spears either!!!!!
His site may be fun to some, but he's a heartless fat fuck and he doesn't know when to lay off.
Imagine Britney may have overdosed and at the end of one of his posts last night he said, "Britney needs to be arrested!!!!!" - Well, that's fine if that's his opinion, but shouldn't she recover first?!!! Shit.

Not only does Britney need rehab and counseling, she really needs to move out of L.A. That may become more of a possibility after K-Fed wins custody. Living in Hollyweird is not helping her at all!
