Clay has been packin' on the pounds, and he's extra bitchy these days, extra diva. Gayken had an interview with Newsweek and he just wasn't havin' it. Uh uh. Oh no, gurlfriend! *Fingersnap*
NEWSWEEK: How did you get into a fight with that lady on a plane?
GAYKEN: I'm not going to talk about it.
I was just curious because you've never talked about it.
I did talk about it.
What about the Kelly Ripa thing?
I'm not going to discuss it.
Did you think it was homophobic?
I'm not going to discuss it.
What do you want to talk about?
I think we're done.
Can we talk about something fun?
No, we're done. I thought NEWSWEEK would be more reputable. I'm surprised.
But I think people are curious about it.
It was a year ago. This is NEWSWEEK. It's not the National Enquirer. I'd hate to have a job where I had to be rude to people.
We're just having a conversation.
Change the subject! I'd never take a job where I had to do something that I didn't want to do.
What about all those Ford commercials on "American Idol"?
That wasn't a job.
It was part of your job.
It wasn't a Ford commercial. It was a music video. It was a completely different thing.
I'll change the subject. What do you do for fun?
I watch the news. I read news magazines, but I'm reconsidering that now.
Are you going to watch "Idol"?
I haven't watched since season four. I compare it to high-school football--if it weren't for high school, we wouldn't be successful, but I don't need to keep going to the football games.
Clay is totally right. His "drama", if you can even call it that, happened like a year ago. The interviewer should have asked him about his weight gain and how big his peen is. That would have been a much better interview.

1st) Damn, boy put on some pounds.
2nd) He has no right to be a diva. He sucks!!
3rd) He doesn't have a peen to show. I bet he has a totally wide VAJ thou!!

Actually he doesn't look like that anymore. Lost all the Paxil puff, went long haired blond, actually looks kinda good. Guess there'll be new pics after he opens in Spamalot Friday.
Who knows how the answer of won't discuss was presented...coulda been done with a smile. The interviewer persisted, he reiterated, the interviewer went to the inane, he said I'm done. Not really that big of a deal. Ah, well, the King of Controversy apparently. He still creates interest, whatever the kind.
Still like his voice and his smartass personality, can't help it. Think he's basically a good guy, who doesn't suffer fools easily, works hard for things he feels strongly about, keeps his nose clean. No angel, no devil, but hella fun to follow, for whatever reason.

Sue,
Thank you! :) I needed to hear from a Claymate. You have made my day.

OMG, Joy, puhleeze don't call me a Claymate. I'm hurt. I actually gleaned that info from the myriad of blogs covering this stuff...Girls Talking Smack had a link to a photo, the Spam info's been out for a while, his smartass-ness is legendary, and he still can sing.
But, SHIVERS, no Claymate tag for me...they's skeeeerrry.
But if it makes you happy, I'm happy. I guess.*g*

Haha! I was thinking that you wouldn't like that title. :-P
