After ET and The Insider were threatened, they decided to pull the footage "out of respect":

The celebrity news programs have released a joint statement warning a media outlet that they will be subject to lawsuits and fines if they choose to show the video.

A lengthy clip of the drug video aired on their Wednesday broadcast. Millions of people have already watched the footage. It's stories like these that make me feel bad about being a gossip blogger. R.I.P. Heath.

Paris Hilton and Elisha Cuthbert were "all over each other and making out" at New York's Tenjune club Tuesday night.

Hilton and Cuthbert are both in that shitty movie, 2005's House of Wax. The whores arrived at the club together; Paris was there for a bday bash and was seen dancing on banquets. Shocker!

A source said, Paris "loves putting on a show,"- Shocker again!

Earlier in the night Paris was at the BlackBerry Pink Pearl Launch Party where she took pictures with BlackBerry executives.

American Pie star Jason Biggs has popped the question to his girlfriend, actress Jenny Mollen."He asked me over and over again ever since we met!" Mollen, 28, joked.

Said Biggs, 29: "I asked her the first night we met."

The two began dating this summer shortly before shooting their upcoming comedy My Best Friend's Girl.

Mollen admitted she was "skeptical" when she first met Biggs.

"I had never dated an actor before, so I'd kind of hoped to steer clear," she told Us. "I was sort of on the fence, and he sort of won me over."

So have they set a date?

"I think we're going to elope. We don't want to deal with all of the drama of dealing with my family," Biggs joked.

They make a really cute couple. Congrats!

Her dad is a Doctor…I know a girl who waits on them all the time at this really nice Sushi bar in Phoenix. Jason comes in with them from time to time too! My friend says she is a total bitch and the dad, who is a doctor, is a total cheap ass. For example, the last bill was 180 dollars and he left 20 bucks! I really hope good old jason is paying for his own wedding or it might be held at a motel 6!!

After Britney Spears reckless driving and "downhill behavior," her shrink felt that she should be committed to UCLA Medical Center by calling the police.Britney's intervention was premeditated. The police were in on it. The original plan was for the cops and paramedics to kidnap Britney the night before. (I feel like saying kidnap to spice things up).

• Cops even used code to minimize craziness in transporting Britney to the hospital. Over the police radio, she was referred to as "The Package."
• Britney Spears is on a three-day psychiatric hold at the UCLA Medical Center.
• We're told there is a "good possibility" that it will be extended to 14 days. We've also learned there have been several parallel attempts to get Britney on a 5150. Her lawyers, Anne Kiley and Tara Scott, secured a new psychiatrist late last week -- he's the one who triggered the 5150 last night.
• At the same time, we're told Britney's mother, father and brother have been "working closely with the LAPD for weeks" to get her back in for psychiatric care. There is now a dogfight between Britney's family and Sam Lutfi over who will make medical decisions, however, that fight is now put on hold because the judge now makes the call.
• Once the psychiatric hold ends, something has to give.
• Britney's parents have won round one in the tug of war with Sam Lutfi. We're told the doctors at UCLA are now "fully cooperating" with the parents in the treatment of Britney Spears, however, the war probably is not over until a judge signs an order as to who has control.
• By the way, the men in white coats are giving props to LAPD's "SMART Unit" which specializes in mental health cases for coordinating the events that went down last night and early this morning.
• UPDATE: Sam Lutfi left the hospital before 4:00 AM. Papa Jamie just left.

I think this is all a positive step in the right direction, I hope! I just want Brit Brit to get better because she's talented and she has potential and she needs to regain her position as the princess of pop, as if that will ever happen again.

E! News is reporting that Jennifer Lopez arrived last night to a Long Island area hospital to pop out the little one that's been expanding her belly over that past few months.

They also said the hospital redesigned two rooms into one to accommodate J.Lo, Marc and their entourage.This could all be B.S. but the idea of a baby skeletor popping out any minute has me all excited!

Paris Hilton swung by NYC's Ed Sullivan Theater for a taping of the Late Show with David Letterman Jan. 29.

I actually think Paris Hilton looks cute! I'm not really big into yellow dresses but something is definitely working for her in this one if ya ask me. Maybe the dress if pulling me away from the wonk eye and that's what makes her look good. :)

Life & Style Magazine is reporting that Lindsay's got a new man named Jereme Greene who is an R&B artist in NYC. By the looks of the picture above, he's hot! Well maybe not totally hot but those are some sexy eyes!

"Before they walked into the Four Seasons Hotel together, where Lindsay was staying, someone yelled out, 'Lindsay, who is that guy?' And she said, 'He's my new boyfriend!' They spent the evening driving around together. Lindsay stopped by a boutique to go shopping. Before they went back to her hotel, he was singing to her, and she loved his voice. Then they kissed, and there were definitely sparks between them!"

I'm prediciting Lindsay to bang or at least be connected to about 30 guys before the year is over.

Avril Lavigne and her hubby Deryck Whibley took a little vacay down in Miami with Avril's older brother and his girlfriend over the past couple days since Deryck's band Sum 41 had a gig on the 26th. Avril's got some cute lil perky ta ta's and I'm totally diggin' her purple hoody!
