The LAPD is at Britney Spears' house right now. She refuses to give the kids to Federsperm.

LAPD has been called to Britney Spears' house in Beverly Hills for what we're being told is a "family custody dispute."

The call came in around 8:00 PM PT this evening. Several more police cars, fire trucks, an ambulance and a police chopper have now all descended on the popwreck's humble abode.

K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan was at Britney's home earlier, but has since left.

Spears, who was nearly two hours late for today's scheduled deposition in her custody case, was reportedly scheduled to have her sons tonight until 7:00 PM.

K-Fed's bodyguards went to pick up Sean and Jayden at Britney's home this evening after her scheduled visitation, but Spears refused to turn the kids over. Police were then called. Britney's soon-to-be ex- attorney Sorrell Trope told the mag, "In a normal case when someone shows up with a certified court order saying the kids need to be somewhere else, the police see to it that the order is obeyed. But that is in a normal case."

Some male Vivica Fox hooked up with made a sex tape of Vivica "servicing" him while she was extremely inebriated. 50 Cent's ex can't be blamed for starring in a sex tape when she was too effed up to know she was being filmed in the first place.

Sandra Rose said Vivica has gotten a hold of the tape and she's forwarded it to the Atlanta police department. The man who allegedly recorded Vivica made the recordings with his cell phone camera! The police are currently involved.

Britney Spears finally decided to show up to her deposition this afternoon, after missing her 2nd re-scheduled deposition yesterday.... Only because K-Fed's lawyers were going to throw her ass in jail if she didn't!

Sources tell PageSix.com that Kaplan was planning to ask Judge Scott Gordon to hold the singer in civil contempt for failing to show at multiple depositions, which would have put the pop tart behind bars.
Brit, who was scared away from her last scheduled deposition by swarms of cameras at Kaplan's office, arrived at 10.15am PST with ever-present friend Sam Lutfi by her side.

Kanye West has made his first post on his blog since the passing of his mother. In his post titled 'Thank you for your support' Kanye talks about playing Connect 4 to help him zone out while in Europe, and what a legendary Connect 4 champ Beyonce is.

When I was in Europe I would play this game for hours and hours... it helped me zone out. Everybody would get envolved... Derrick Dudley (Common's manager) and Consequence were the best other than me... I beat Lexi... Don C beat Jay... Tony Williams beat Common... but every now and then people would speak of this legendary connect 4 champion........... BEYONCE!!!

I had 2 play her!...so last night at Jay's new 40/40 club in Las Vegas (which is sidebar, crazy big w/ 24krt gold flooring, Black Jack tables, $500 slot machines,the biggest projection screen in the universe and the best turkey burgers I've ever had in my life) she beat me 9 times in a row! (and I didn't even spaz lol) here's a photo of the only game I won!Happy new year everybody...

The high-powered firm of Trope and Trope filed legal papers today asking to withdraw as Brit's hired guns in her custody dispute with K-Daddy. In the legal papers, attorney Tara Scott from Trope and Trope wrote, "There has been a breakdown in communications between [Britney] and Trope and Trope making further representation of her interests impossible." No word on whether Brit has a new lawyer.You may recall, disso-queen Laura Wasser quit Brit last year as well.

With all the drug testing and court appearances she has missed, I'm surprised they lasted as long as they did! She refuses to listen to any advice they try to give so what's the point in representing her? Britney isn't going to listen to anyone but herself and those other 4 voices in her head. This ho has turned into that car accident on the side of the road that you don't want to look at but have to, because it's just that fucked up!

MTV and Tila Tequila are going to try another Shot At Love. According to Tila's Myspace blog, Bobby split from her because she wasn't giving him the happy ending massageshe couldn't handle her schedule and fame.

I wasn't expecting it at all because I thought I had finally found someone that I was compatible with, but I guess I was wrong. My hectic schedule was really hard on him and we both were getting frustrated, but at the same time.....I just wanted to find someone who would understand what a crazy lifestyle I have so it's too bad that things didn't work out between us. With that said I just want to make it known that I still think Bobby is a great guy and I wish him the best.
