Kim's got Michael Jackson's nose, Heidi Montag's chin, Joan Rivers' cheeks, and Beyonce's eyes. She'd look hot, if only she were real. I barely recognize Lil Kim these days; I have to read captions first to figure out who she is. Marc Jacobs is lookin' greasy but those are some nice diamond earrings he's got on. If only he could save her.

It is one thing to get a little nip/tuck here and there but I do not understand when people go crazy like Little Kim did! I would never recognize her and to be totally honest she looks like SHIT!!!

Omg she looks awful! Enough celebs have had really bad facial plastic surgery by now that it should be common sense to leave the face alone.

I think if Kim naturally looked like that, she'd be a beautiful woman. But she looks butchered and unnatural. I'm sure there's some exotic ho who hasn't had any work done who shares a resemblance.
It's the major wax-like transformation that makes her nasty to me. She kind of looks like Latoya Jackson?
And is the mole on her upper lip growin? Or is that implanted too?

I love lil kim none of u fucking hatrerz can even afford 2 b in the same room as her I think as long as she's happy that's all that matters cuz besides the bad paparrazzi pics she does take some hott pics too and @ the end of the day she's still the shit so u guys need hobbies if it makes u feel good 2 talk bad about someone u don't even know , u wouldnt want some body talking about ya momma , aunt, or granmomma like that so stop!

I think that the nose job was all she neaded. but idc what she does with her bodey cuz she looks pritty, but some times here make up makes her look crazy, and if i were her when people say im pritty, i wouldent take it personally, but lil kims a cristion so its all good
