The Jonas Brothers have vowed to abstain from sex until marriage.
The popular band of brothers wear purity rings as "promises to ourselves and to God that we'll stay pure till marriage," Joe, 18, tells Details magazine in their March issue.
The rings are "just one of our ways of kind of like being different than everybody else out there," Nick says.
"I got mine made at Disney World," Nick, 15 adds. "It's pretty awesome."
Oldest brother Kevin, 20, has a ring from Tiffany's. "It's pretty rock and roll," Kevin tells the magazine. "It's getting banged up a little bit because of the guitar."
Though Nick tells Details that he loves the trio's fans â" the "screaming girls are awesome," he says.
How the eff is a purity ring "pretty rock and roll"? That's probably because he gets laid more now that he's wearing that thing than he was before.

Shit like this makes me cringe. I don't care if you want to save yourself for personal reasons, but when one of those reasons are "to remain pure for God", blah blah blah, I hate it.
Some of the nastiest hoes on my High School were 'technically' virgins, but had swallowed more meat then a competitive rib eater. And they lorded that purity over all us Bad Girls who spread our legs responsibly without any apologies or excuses.
*sigh* Oh well, keep being rock n roll for Christ, ya'll. :P

i don't understand why everyone is making a big deal about this now, they have had these rings for a while. And it's wrong for everyone to judge them and say yeah right they wont do it blah blah blah because not everyone is going to turn out like Britney. Maybe these 3 boys actually will stay pure. I think they can do it, and i really respect them for it.

This is CRAZY!!! This is OLD news - these guys have worn purity rings and explained them when asked in interviews FOR YEARS!! They don't flaunt them or make a big deal of their personal choices... It's hilarious (in a pitiful way) that all of you think you're reporting some actual "news". As usual, the reporters and the publications are so far behind & off the mark. These guys are talented, successful, have morals & a wonderful family support system. I hope their success continues along w/ their positive influence on so many teens today.

Yes the jonas brothers wear purity rings, i don't understand why you would want to stay "pure" until your married, but i believe that they will stay true to themselves and "god" (if there is one) and i think that they are bold. there are people out there who will bag them, but thats just because they know in they're hearts nthat they couldn't do thta. good luck JB's

I don't see anything wrong with the decision the Jonas Brothers have made. Actually I think that by having purity rings it makes them even better role models for their fans. I am a huge fan of the Jonas Brothers. I think it's stupid for people to make poor judgements about them just because they have purity rings. There are plenty of people that respect them for what they have chosen.

Why do people hate it when the jonas brothers say their saving it till marriage??????their religous people right?they r good guys and they don't want to throw themselves out at every girl!!!!!!!yeah they r rock stars but that doesn't mean they gotta fuck every girl they r out with.it is okay to save it till marriage.there not going to do "the rock star thing"so thanks people who r fans of the jonas brothers.They want to be good role models for the kids!! they don't want to be guy sluts.they don't want to get a girl pregnant and just leave her. they r not like that! maybe u want them to be that but no.So go JB!!!!!!
