Her father Mitch told reporters that she has since returned to the clinic and "has not left for good." A source told Us that Winehouse, 24, "is desperate to go and has been told she can go on the condition that she has a minder there and returns to rehab when back in the U.K." The singer is up for album of the year, song of the year and record of the year.

The film, Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert, was only supposed to play select theatres for a week, but ticket demand has forced Disney bosses to extend the project's big-screen run. The new movie becomes the biggest opener during a Super Bowl weekend and breaks records by topping the box office charts while playing at so few theatres - it opened on Friday in just over 2,000 cinemas, picking up an average of over $42,000 a venue.

The Los Angeles Police Department was called to the Beverly Hills home of Britney Spears Friday after her parents discovered valuable possessions belonging to the singer were missing.

The source says Spears' father Jamie and mother Lynne were "shocked" to find that the valuable items "had been stolen" after they returned to the house following yesterday's emergency hearing where Jamie won legal control over his daughter.

They then called police and filed a report.

Spears' parents believe that the items were stolen after their daughter was taken to the UCLA Medical Center early Thursday morning.

Los Angeles Police officer Alex Martinez confirmed to Us that police had responded to a call at Spears' house, but did not know what had transpired.

"The report is being processed through our system," he said. "We do not have access to it."

Considering how much media attention Britney gets, and how all her Starbucks runs are broadcasted online, it's surprising that an opportunist didn't bust into her house before! I hope she gets her stuff back, Kevin Federline is people are sick.

Only weeks after having a miscarriage Lily's boyfriend, Chemical Brothers' Ed Simons, gives her the boot.
