Guests at Ashton Kutcher's 30th birthday party at the trendy New York bar Socialista are being urged to get a Hepatitis A vaccination because one of the bartenders was infected.Among the A-listers at the Feb. 7 event: Kutcher's wife Demi Moore, Madonna, Bruce Willis, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Salma Hayek.

The bartender also worked on Feb. 8 and Feb. 11.

"We are asking these bar patrons to get this vaccination as a precautionary measure," said Dr. Sharon Balter, medical epidemiologist at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Pop singer Aaron Carter was arrested for investigation of marijuana possession Thursday after he was pulled over for speeding in Texas, authorities said.Carter, 20, the younger brother of Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys, was in jail in Junction, Texas, awaiting a Friday morning appearance before a magistrate, Kimble County Sheriff Mike Chapman.

Carter's Cadillac Escalade was pulled over for speeding in Junction at about noon on Thursday, said Chapman. Officers found marijuana in the car, the sheriff said. There was nobody else in the car.

I'm proud of Aaron, he's obviously trying to make a comeback. I respect that. Ha. I can't believe he didn't go the DUI route, though. Screw Texas, that's what Hollywood's for.

It's double the baby joy for Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony: They're the proud new parents of twins, a boy and a girl.

The babies were born early Friday in Long Island, N.Y. The girl was born at 12:12 a.m. and weighed 5 lbs. 7 oz., and the boy followed at 12:23 a.m., weighing 6 lbs.

"Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled and over the moon," Lopez's manager Simon Fields.

They're the first children for Lopez, 38, and the fourth and fifth for Anthony, 39. The couple celebrated the impending births with a baby shower in New York on Jan. 19. "They were just beaming the entire time," said one partygoer.

Longtime friend Leah Remini calls Lopez "a born mom" and very nurturing. "With our daughter, she's so great. I mean, lets her go in her closet and play with her coats or her jewelry. She's just so giving and loving," Remini said.

Lopez announced her pregnancy Nov. 8, telling the crowd during her final Miami concert: "Marc and I are expecting a baby!" The news of twins was finally confirmed by Lopez's dad earlier this month, in an interview on Spanish-language television.

Lopez shrugged off the secrecy, telling Harper's Bazaar, "I kind of feel like everybody knew anyway. I was on tour with a bubble gut!"

I can't remember being this excited about celebuspawn since Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie gave birth to the chosen one. J. Lo has wanted this for a very long time. Congratulations!!! :)

Jason Wahler went to rehab last year after arrests for underage drinking and assault â€" and he hurled racial epithets at a cop. Now, the 21-year-old former star of The Hills has been banned from fiancee Katja Decker-Sadowski's USC apartment.

The ban is the result of Wahler's use of racial slurs against a security guard on February 10 at Conquest's Tuscany, the apartment complex where Sadowski lives.

"He called him the N word."

A representative for the complex added,

"Jason Wahler's racist remarks were uncalled for. He is no longer welcome in the building."

Why does he think it's okay to shout racial slurs at people over and over again?

Despite reports, Britney Spears' former manager Sam Lutfi is not being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department for drugging the pop singer.

LAPD Officer Jason Lee said, "We are not investigating Sam Lutfi. We are not going to keep repeating ourselves: There is nothing."

In a six-page declaration (released last month), Lynne Spears had accused Lutfi of grinding up Risperdal, a sleeping medication, and Seroquel, an anti-psychotic drug prescribed to treat bipolar disorder, and giving them to Britney.

Lutfi currently has a restraining order against him by the Spears family. He is forbidden from going within 250 yards of Spears, her homes or her family's homes.

I just think Sam Lutfi knows what to do and how to get it done. It's like people are scared of him. If he stays away from Britney that's all that matters; but I wish he'd start working for Paris. Sedate that bitch with tranquilizers so she can stop spreading infections.
