In Britney Spears drama, there is another custody case going on right now over her children Jayden James and Sean Preston. Rumor has it that K-Fed would like Britney to have some type of visitation back which I think would also help get Brit back to normal. TMZ is reporting that it may be possible for Britney to get some visitation rights back as long as she is in a therapeutic setting and gets help with her bipolar disorder.

We're told both sides are in agreement -- Britney should get visitation rights in a therapeutic setting. But sources say the lawyers are meeting right now and can't agree on the terms. We know K-Fed wants Brit to have visitation back. In all probability, a psychiatrist will supervise visitation. TMZ has reported that people involved in the conservatorship would also like to find a private facility where Brit can receive treatment for her bipolar disorder.

If there's anyone who knows a little about partying hard when your in your teens and going to rehab, it's Drew Barrymore. Drew gives a small bit of advice to those struggling with life in the fast lane of Hollywood.

"If you don't pull it together for yourself, no one else will. That's coming from a person who had to try it all ... and who still loves to have a good time. I do believe in ‘Work hard, play hard,' but ‘Work hard' always comes first, and it did even when I was wild and young."

Patrick Dempsey can't seem to bottle up his inner Zoolander now that he's gotten a taste of the model life. While most of us don our comfiest sweats for long flights, the 42-year-old Versace frontman appeared more dapper than ever for a flight out of LAX yesterday. From his slick leather jacket to his tight black button-down, his oh-so-chic ensemble reminded us why he's the McDreamiest in McActor in McTown.

I can't wait for Grey's Anatomy to come back on with  new episodes cause I watch that show like porn. When Patrick Dempsey hits the screen.... I'm just gonna leave it at that.

In 2005, during a lull in her career, Simpson starred in a workout tape produced by Speedfit, a fitness video company. Although she signed a multimillion-dollar contract, she later changed her mind and prevented the video from being released by not giving final approval. Speedfit owner Alex Astilean sued Simpson last year for $10 million â€" and since she's refused to settle, Astilean's now suing her manager dad, Joe, as well. Astilean said, "They are hurting millions of fat people in America." Simpson's rep said, "It's a legal matter that's in the hands of attorneys."

I wanted to post this story just for someone stupid enough to say Jessica is hurting millions of fat people in America for not releasing her fitness video. She probably stopped the DVD from being released for the same reason all her movies go straight to DVD in the first place... It sucked! Fat people aren't hurting because this tape hasn't come out. They're hurting because they won't take their asses outside and get a little workout in.

I get tired of people blaming others for their own issues that they don't even try to work on. Bitches, I've got some thickness going on but I'm workin' on my fitness. You don't see me blaming some blond ho for my weight issues!

Check out the littlest Beckham, Cruz who turns 3 tomorrow, doing his best break dance moves at the Spice Girls concert last night at Madison Square Garden. Sadly, he's got the white boy gene working against him but he's holding his own! Hell, his brothers didn't man up to strut their stuff in front of thousands of people. Too cute!

The marriage of pop singer Pink and her husband of two years, motocross racer and former The Surreal Life star Carey Hart, has ended, the singer's publicist, Michele Schweitzer, tells PEOPLE. "Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another," says Schweitzer, adding, "While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger."

There have been rumors of this relationship being over for the past 6 months so it should come as no surprise to anyone that this news is out. I'm hoping Pink's next luva is a chick cause that would be way more interesting to follow. ;)

Hooker Hilton was seen getting some Valentine's tongue from Travis at Jet nightclub last week and you can only assume Shanna will be fuming out her angry Paris / Travis emotions on her Myspace blog any day now.

Hilton, wearing a wig, met up with Barker on Wednesday at the Jet nightclub. Rumors are, they shared a pre-Valentine's Day kiss."Shanna is very upset that Paris is back around," says a pal. "She and Travis are unhappily divorced �" they really should be together." Barker was attending the Magic clothing show in Sin City promoting his label, Famous Stars and Straps.

This is some serious High School crap isn't it? I guess I shouldn't expect more than that from Paris though.
