Dannielynn Is Sole Heir To Anna Nicole
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff ruled today that the toddler daughter of Anna Nicole Smith and Larry Birkhead is the sole heir to her late mother's estate, and a trust was set up in her name. Dad Larry and the executor of Anna Nicole's estate, lawyer Howard K. Stern, will be co-trustees, after Beckloff granted a petition filed by Stern, who wanted to clarify the late actress/model's intentions toward her daughter. "We and Mr. Stern always believed that Anna Nicole never intended to disinherit her daughter," said Stern's lawyer, Bruce S. Ross, after the hearing. "I'm pleased to say this chapter in the saga is closed."
At least there's one good thing that will happen for Dannielynn as long as nobody tries to get their hands on her cash stash. She's only going to get a decent amount of cash from Anna's first husband J. Howard Marshall's estate, but it's still tied up in litigation in the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals! I seriously hope everything works out for the little one. :)
