The family of John Graziano, Nick Hogan's friend who was critically injured in a car crash with Nick, is suing Hulk and Linda Hogan (Bollea) for negligence along with the driver of the Dodge Viper that Nick was racing. Nick himself is finding himself in a mound of shit facing felony charges of reckless driving.
According to court papers filed today in Pinellas County, Fla. Circuit Court by Graziano's court-appointed guardian Peter Musante, Hulk and Linda should be held legally responsible for their son's accident. The Graziano family is claiming in the lawsuit that Terry and Linda Bollea should have known that their son was a reckless driver, and were also aware that their son was drinking on the day of the crash.Nick Bollea was allegedly speeding when Clearwater police say he lost control of his car and crashed last summer. Graziano was a passenger in the car and suffered serious head wounds. Graziano's family says he will require medical care for the rest of his life. Nick Bollea, 17, faces a felony charge of reckless driving with serious bodily injury.

In an interview with Edinburgh University magazine, JK Rowling admits she had suffered with suicidal thoughts in her 20s when she was a poor, single mother struggling to pay the security deposit on her apartment.
"We're talking suicidal thoughts here, we're not talking 'I'm a little bit miserable,'" she told an Edinburgh University student magazine. "The thing that made me face the fact that this was not a normal state that I was in was probably my daughter [Jessica]. "She was something that earthed me, grounded me, and I thought, 'This isn't right, this can't be right, she cannot grow up in this state,'" Rowling added. With her regular doctor away at the time of her depression, she began seeing a therapist who "absolutely saved me." Rowling said she has "never been remotely ashamed of having been depressed. Never.
"I think I'm abnormally shameless on that account because what's to be ashamed of?" She said she urges anybody suffering from depression to "go and get help. "I went through a really rough time," Rowling added, "and I'm quite proud of the fact that I got out of that."
It's amazing to hear how she felt years ago and what she has become now. A successful billionaire writer. Just goes to show a little bit of help can go a long way. :)

Brady Green, who is accused of stalking Tyra Banks has been released by the Manhattan Criminal Court. Brady was making multiple phone calls and sending letters to Tyra since early January, and even showed up in person to her TV studio with flowers. Now that he has been released, her staff at the studio fear he may show up again. Can we say freak boy?
