A court granted the singer's father on Monday the power to "sell or dispose of" an undisclosed number of her seven cars, documents show.Lawyers for Jamie Spears stated that the cost of maintaining the fleet of vehicles was too expensive and that the sale of "a certain of" her cars "will save substantial expense to the conservatorship estate."

Among the singer's cars are two white Mercedes (a SL65 and a CLK350), a white Mini Cooper convertible, and a black Audi.

Also on Monday, a court spokesman clarified that the pop star's $1,500 a week allowance "is not her only source of (personal) income," but did not give further details.

Spears's father and a lawyer will remain in control of her affairs until a July 31 hearing.

Pete Wentz has made a startling revelation that he had tried to commit suicide after feeling paralyzed by depression and anxiety at the beginning of his career. Pete along with Mary J. Blige, and Billy Corgan have taped interviews for MTV's college channel MTVU, to help the Jed Foundation's Half Of Us campaign which works on cutting down the rate of student suicides. Here's what Pete had to say in his video interview:

"The darkest moment was when we had just finished recording out major label record and two days later we were going to go to Europe and I felt completely lost and out of control. At that point, I'd seen some doctors and they were Hollywood doctors so they gave me a cocktail (of prescription drugs) but I was kind of the drugstore cowboy, so I took the cocktail the way I wanted to take it."

"I got in my car. I remember I was listening to Jeff Buckley doing Leonard Cohen's (song) Hallelujah and sat there and took a bunch of (prescription drug) Adavan in a Best Buy (store) parking lot. And I called up my manager because I was, at that point, completely out of my head with Adavan. And I was talking to him and I was slurring my words, so he called my mom and my mom called me and she came and got me and we went to the hospital."

"I came home and we realized that we needed to do more than just keep (my) head above water. It's not really about keeping your head above water, it's about feeling all right and feeling safe in your own skin. It's not about keeping your head above water and barely keep going."

Unfortunately I had a couple of friends who committed suicide in high school and I'm sure some of you readers have too. Sometimes you can't see the depression that someone's going through until it's too late. If you feel overly depressed and think there's no other way out besides taking your own life, please talk to your friends and family. If you know of anyone who may be suicidal please try talking to them! Many suicides happen and the family or friends had no idea how depressed the person was.

Now we have a Dancing with the Stars sex scandal! Season 2 winners Drew Lachey And Cheryl Burke have been getting their groove on together, while on the Dancing with the Stars tour which ended last month. The insiders say that the next day, as tour members prepared to get on the bus to leave town, Drew had to be restrained as he ranted at Matthew and his brother, Joey in the parking lot. "If you talk about this, I'll bury you Matt. I'll bury you Joey. I'm serious I will hurt you," he screamed. While Matthew told Star, "There are too many things going on. I can't talk about it," lawyers for both Drew and Cheryl are strongly denying any affair between the two.

If you recall Drew is married to his high school sweetheart Lea, and they have a 2 year old daughter. Drew and Lea were on Jessica and Nick's reality show Newlyweds a few times also. It sucks for his wife and daughter but I'm glad his ass got caught!

TMZ is reporting that the Kristin Davis photos are in fact real. The photos are over 15 years old and were sold to a third party after Kristin's old ex-boyfriend got angry with her. See bitches, that's why you don't let guys take pics of you or video tape the two of you doing the nasty!

The photos, we're told, were snapped in 1992 by an ex-boyfriend. That's right, they are just photos -- no sex tape, fellas! According to reports, 20 photos are making the rounds, but actually it's not quite 20. We're told the ex-boyfriend was pissed at Kristin and then sold the photos to a third party. Classy, huh? The third party got involved in a business venture with another guy and we're told that guy pilfered the pics and they ended up online.

I can't wait for more naked bushy Kristin photos to hit the net!

Tori Spelling was at the launch party for her new book sTori Telling at Kitson last night and revealed the sex of her baby on the way. She's having a little girl!

"I just found out at my ultrasound, and we are so excited. We already have a little man, and now we can have our little girl. I can't wait to get her tons of pink stuff."

Awww, that little girl is just what we need for another Spelling feud. Instead of it being Tori and her mother Candy, it's going to be Tori and her daughter fighting in 20 years.

Francis will soon release a special video featuring Dupre, now 22, the alleged high-priced call girl linked to the downfall of Gov. Eliot Spitzer.
