Gary Dourdan, best known for his role on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, pleaded guilty to counts of cocaine and Ecstasy possession during his arraignment Wednesday in Indio, Calif.

Dressed in a navy blue suit, light blue shirt and matching striped tie, Dourdan casually flashed the peace sign as he left court, got into the back of a waiting car and drove away.

He was charged with three counts of felony drug possession following his April 28 early-morning arrest in Palm Springs, Calif. The heroin count was dismissed.

"As a result of today's proceedings, Gary has been given diversion (a drug treatment program)," his lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley said outside the Lawson Justice Center. "He very much regrets what happened and he's very embarrassed by what occurred, but he's looking forward to moving on and getting back to work."

Dourdan had faced up to 3 years and 8 months based on the charges filed against him. Instead, he faces no prison time, but must complete the 16-class drug program.

Holley added: "He is very grateful to the court for being understanding and giving him an opportunity to resolve the issue and move forward."

Aaaaaaaahhhhhhh!Mackenzie was barely potty trained when she first appeared on the wholesome christian show, "7th Heaven." But here she is being a slut, kissing some chick, trying to be sexy. WTF?!!!!!!!

I have no clue of whether Hollywood does this to young girls, or is it their environment, today's society where females feel that being sexy is the most important thing they should be, like, ever, or whether this is all innocent experimentation? I blame all the reasons I've just listed.

And I'm glad there wasn't digital cameras when I was younger, because you have to admit, many of us females are sluts and we're no different than these skanks. It's just that no one disseminates our pictures to the masses.

I wish Jess all the best. She really loves to sing but is she still relevant?! I don't like her voice for country, something about her wailing sounds whiny and all over the place. This song reeks! Maybe I need to torture myself by listening to it a few times, but for now, I'm not into it. And I actually like country music. My co-workers would play it so much that I've gotten into it, and I'm not ashamed. But this song sounds too mediocre and it makes me wonder who in their right mind would spend money on this shit?!

Meanwhile, Carrie Underwood's music is amazing!!! Jess needs better songwriters. Or talent. Take your pick.

All the girls look gorgeous! Mr. Big and his baby Mama don't look so bad either. :)

I'm even forgiving Jennifer Hudson for showing off her bra. I could barely recognize her with her new hair but she looks great.

When Kiki checked into rehab last February, it wasn't to sober up, it was to treat her depression.

Kirsten told E! news,

"I was struggling, and I had the opportunity to go somewhere and take care of myself. I was fortunate to have the resources to do it. My friends and family thought it was a good idea, too. Now that I'm feeling stronger, I was prepared to say something ... Depression is pretty serious and should not be gossiped about."

I support you, Kiki. It's never easy admitting when you need help.
