Mashonda made this statement to Hip Hop Weekly regarding an alleged affair between Swiss Beatz and Alicia Keys:
[Alicia Keys] is her own woman and she has made her own choices. I don't have a problem with her. I will say this though, I am not a scorned woman. I have a responsibility to raise [my son], he's my number one priority and everyday I strive more for him and of course my music."
If Barbara Walters did it, Alicia could too. Hot dayum!

I am a huge A.KEYS fan. Her songs got me through a horrible breakup,which left me a single mother to a newborn. Frist of all, yes, they are both to blame! And Regina is right, Alicia has created a double standard here. She sings pro women songs, and then does another women dirty like this. I mean come on? Really, Alicia? Okay, so their marriage is broken...Alicia, shouldn't you show some respect and wait until their divorce is final? SWISS is so wrong to be spending thousands on jewlery for Alicia and then cutting the financial support for his son. Your son should always come frist. The amount you supported him with before should not change just because you want to lavish you girlfriend with gifts.

We all make mistakes/bad decision when we want something bad enough, and we allow our emotions cloud our judgement...That's life we all have our chapters and this decision that they BOTH made just so happens to be in their books...There is always more to a story than what we hear...It happen and again that's their choice they have to live with that, all I can hope for is that he doesn't neglect his son, and his mother doesn't prevent him from doing his job as a father because of his actions...I hope that Mashonda keep's her word by keeping her son her main focus...This does NOT make a person fake just HUMAN! We all have our flaws and baggage and whatnot, don't be fake by looking down at Alica and sticking your noises up at her...We were not there we do not have the full story...
