It’s Joy A, Here’s The Thing… (repost)

Just to clarify, I won’t be reposting my rant about Allie of Allieiswired.com. And, no, I don’t regret posting it at all.
In fact, I regret shaving it down as much as I did and not mentioning that Allie looks like a tranny (she has a male’s facial structure) there’s an excess of testosterone going on, which explains why she sounds like a man. I also didn’t mention that I blogged for Allie for a month and a half a few months after I started POTP. During that month and a half, I actually put posts on her site early in the morning and day and I NEVER said shit about not being paid…
I’m not here to rant, but I was okay with doing so. Considering that I’ve been spending 24 hours/ day at the hospital on some days and I’m there daily from sun up to sun down, I didn’t mind using some time to type out a rant and vent. It was the healthiest thing I could do.
I hope my rant reminds you that some people are posers and whenever you’re in the position where you’re forced to trust someone, try your hardest to choose mature, responsible people and always trust your gut instincts. I have very good intuition and I never trusted Allie. She’s actually harassed me for two years: begging me to blog for her, emailing me out of nowhere, and constantly offering to “help” me out with anything if I only ask. Because I wanted POTP to be covered during my trip, I folded. I trusted her and that was a huge blunder on my part.
Now, I won’t waste any more keyboard strokes on a ‘worthless’ blogger, I’ll update you on my dad.
The doctors said that had the stroke taken place even slightly to the right or the left in his brain, the results would have been devastating. Although he had a major stroke, he never lost his ability to talk without slurring any of his speech and he’s doing remarkably well. However, he’s been having daily sessions of physical therapy. He can walk, but he doesn’t have much balance right now and can’t walk without any help.
He had a second brain surgery on Thursday, July 17. Once again, my dad pulled through. He’s a rockstar! He’s doing really well.
Thank you for the prayers, emails, messages and myspace blog comments. It means the world to me.
