It's been a really long year for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline.

Finally, after battling for nearly two years for custody of their sons, Sean Preston 2½, and Jayden James 1½, the ex-couple have come to an agreement.

Federline will retain sole custody and Britney will keep her current agreement which allows for two days and one over-night per week.

In a sense it's a little bit of a shock because Britney has really made an effort to stay out of the limelight and to get well. On the other hand, I think it is a brilliant decision because her mental health and her well being are two things that she needs to work on constantly, and how can you take care of your children if you can't take care of yourself? I don't think Britney's quite there yet - but hopefully she will be, in time.

Brit's visitation can be amended by a judge - which is what will most likely happen eventually as long as Britney stays on track.

People magazine spoke with a family attorney (who was not involved in this case) who gave her opinion on the future of this case. She said, "Until the kids turn 18, we can expect in years to come that Britney and Kevin will be back in court. Britney will have a better chance of winning more custody once she regains her health. This is just the end of Round One."

Who knew it was Lil' Kim's birthday last weekend?

The self proclaimed 'Black Barbie' is still looking as freakish as ever, but hey, at least she didn't do anything drastic like add a third titty or something.  Cuz' you know that bitch is crazy enough to do it!

Lil' Kim's current boytoy is reportedly Yung Joc who was there with the surgically enhanced (nice way of putting it) rap star to celebrate her 33rd birthday.

Katy Perry struck instant stardom with her hit, "I Kissed a Girl", so who thought she'd end up waitressing at Denny's?

Katy attended the first Warped Tour after party in Charlotte this week. There were over 500 kids that showed up to hang out with the Warped Tour artists! Several bands broke out impromptu jams in the parking lot, and Katy was inspired to take on waitressing duties. Lord knows why!

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are expecting a baby girl and you'll never guess the due date.

Ok, maybe you will. What one day of the year do you think super-emo boy Pete would love to have his baby born on?

You guessed it. Halloween!

The couple apparently conceived just before Valentine's Day while on vacation. The initial due date their doctor gave them was October 31. If that becomes the child's actual birth date remains to be seen, but I bet they'll do about anything to make sure it happens!

Does anyone else think their baby is going to look like Christian Siriano? Heh.

Verne Troyer was completely blindsided by his ex-girlfriend, Ranae Shrider, who leaked the couple's sex tape to the media.

Verne is finally coming forward to explain his side of the story and to tell us a little more about the woman who could have sabotaged his career.

Q. How are you doing?
VT: "It's hard right now. I'm avoiding the public right now because I don't know what somebody's going to say, or say to me, or anything like that. Unfortunately, I haven't done anything except stay in my house right now."

Q. What kind of support network do you have? Do you have people who are calling and checking up on you?
VT: "I have family, friends. You know, I have a lot of people here. It's just, even if I go out with them, I'm still afraid of what somebody's going to come up and say. So I've just been keeping it very low key."

Q. Tell us how you feel about your privacy being invaded.
VT: "First off, the fact that I could be so close with somebody and then for them to do this, almost casually ... that's the biggest thing that gets me. Also, yeah, it is my privacy. It's my private life, and it's not meant for the public to see. That's my life. So, it's just been hard."

Q. How did you guys meet?
VT: "We me at the Playboy mansion. (Laughs) It was a little less than a year ago. It's been only like seven months ago. It was a New Year's Eve party."

Q. Was it hot and passionate right away?
VT: "It was slow. I was off working. I was in London doing The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus, so I was busy in the beginning of our relationship. It was mostly just phone conversations and things."

Q. What attracted you to her?
VT: "She seemed like she was normal. I don't know if I can stress ‘seemed.' She seemed like a great person. I felt comfortable around her. I felt like I could really just be myself and not have to pretend."

Q. Was she easy to talk to?
VT: "Yeah. Easy to talk to and easy to hangout with. It was just easy. Next time I know: If it's too easy, then I will know something's wrong." (Laughs)

Q. Whose decision was it to do a sex tape?
VT: "It was basically both of our decisions. We both equally said, ‘Let's do this.' She came up with the idea and at the time, I thought it was great."

Q. So she came to you, and you didn't think anything of it?
VT: "I never thought it would get out to anybody besides us. In my wildest dreams, I never would have thought that she would've done anything like this."

Q. "Did she give you the tape? How much trust did you put in her with this tape?
VT: "I put all the trust in her. She had the tape. Actually, she had the tape in her camera, which was on top of the closet where I couldn't even touch it. I don't have a copy. I just thought it was for us."

Q. She admits to leaking some of the tape. How do you feel?
VT: "I feel vindicated that people know that it is her, but it doesn't help how I feel as far as somebody that was in my life, doing that to me.

Q. How did you hear the footage was out there?
VT: "We had just broken up. I was in New York doing a press junket for Love Guru at the time. She called up, hysterical, and said the paparazzi approached her outside our front door and just showed little pictures of us from the videotape, and I believed her. Then as the stories kept going, it just got to be too ridiculous, and I knew that if she didn't do it, she had something to do with it."

Q. "Do you feel like she used this as a way to get famous?
VT: "It's really funny because when I was with her, she wanted to be an actress, but she said that she didn't want to be famous. I want to ask her now, 'So are you now a 'serious actress' with a sex tape?"

Q. So was the breakup mutual?
VT: "No, I broke up with her."

Q. Can you talk about why?
VT: "Yeah, she couldn't trust me and wouldn't trust me."

Q. She thought you were cheating on her.
VT: "Yeah, which I never did. It just got to the point where I couldn't take it anymore. I had to be able to be me, and she wouldn't believe anything I said so, there was no way I could've stayed in that relationship."

Q. How did she react?
VT: "She was very upset, and I never thought in my wildest dreams that she'd be so upset as far as taking the tape and giving it to the public. But she was upset �" I guess like anybody would be after a breakup. For me, it wasn't that hard because I knew it couldn't work.

Q. Did you love her?
VT: "When I broke up with her, no."

Q. Did you love her at any point in the relationship?
VT: "I did at some point in time. I thought I could spend my life with her, but that was in the very early part of the relationship."

Q. How do you feel about her now?
VT: "Hate is actually a good word. I just very much dislike her right now and the really sad part is, I have a house and she's still renting out one of the rooms in the house, so I still see her, which makes it even harder."

Q. How do you deal with that?
VT: "I don't acknowledge her. Truthfully, I don't really see her that often. I have my own room, and I have everything that I need in my room. I just don't see her, which is good."

Q. Can you get her evicted?
VT: "I'm in the process of seeing what I can do. She won't leave."

Q. As a famous person, is there always that concern that anybody you date is going to try use to further their career?
VT: "Of course, it crosses my mind. You know, I know right now I don't want to date another girl for the rest of my life. I know that will change later, but at this point in time, I can't trust anybody to have a relationship with, even a new friendship at this point."

Q. If you date again, it will probably be somebody outside the industry?
VT: "I hope so."

Although Helen Miren is pushing 63, she proves that you don't have to be a spring chicken to look fabulous in a bikini!

Miren is vacationing in Puglia, on the southern tip of Italy, with her husband.

After two failed seasons of finding 'true love' and sorting through a mess of crazy bitches, Bret Michaels and VH1 are ready for yet another season of Rock of Love.

Over at VH1's blog they are announcing that Bret and Ambre are over, as if they were actually ever a serious couple to begin with!

The new show will be called Rock of Love Bus and will air in early 2009. The new batch of reality show groupies will go on the road and across the country for a month with Bret in his tour bus.

Jeff Olde, VH1's Executive Vice President said, "Seasons one and two of Rock of Love shattered ratings records and VH1 is so happy to have Bret back for another outrageous season. This time we'll reveal Bret in his most comfortable setting- the infamous rock star tour bus."

This time as the bus pulls into each new city, the girls will engage in challenges specifically revolving around Bret's life on the road. Whether it's greeting aggressive groupies with a smile, enduring grueling schedules, dodging the advances of the warm-up band or even stepping in last-minute to fill in for delinquent roadies �" these girls will be put to the test. This season, as the Rock of Love Bus heads into America's heartland, the show will be taking the viewer to a whole new level with crazy, fun, over-the-top challenges- imagine Truck Stop Olympics or a dance contest on top of the St. Louis Arch or even a BBQ cook-off beneath the World's Largest Thermometer. And also, back by popular demand...Mud Bowl 3. Americana at it's finest!

Lauren Conrad attended the Humane Society and Animal Fair magazine's dog-fashion show last night and was supposed to walk the runway with a pooch for charity - instead she left the organizers high and dry refusing to follow through with her obligations.

The event included celebrities and socialites who wore coordinating outfits with either their own dog or a rescue dog, and would stroll the catwalk together. The idea was that after the show the outfits would be auctioned off on eBay to raise money for the animal charities.

Lauren was flown out first-class by the Humane Society and Animal Fair to close the show with a 'big name'. However, once she got there she was difficult and didn't want to be bothered with it.

She had no idea what kind of dog she was holding and didn't seem to care. When a reporter asked her, "What kind of dog is it?" she looked at her publicist hoping she would know. A moment later Conrad carelessly , yet accidentally, slammed the rescue dog into the lens of a video camera. Hard. But we hear the dog is fine.

Law and Order's Richard Belzer, Real Housewives of New York's Ramona Singer, and Hairspray's Nikki Blonksy all did their part to help raise money for the rescued animals, but not little Miss Conrad.

At the end of the show, when Lauren was due to come out and strut her stuff Robert Verdi announced that she was backstage, but would not take her walk. He let the crowd know in a roundabout sort of way what was going on.

"She's on The Hills. And she's not coming out. You don't want to believe the shit that happens with these girls. Anyway, that was it! Thanks for your support!"

The grumbling crowd wasn't too pleased as they paid $100 to $5,000 for tickets to the event.

Conrad left the show the split second it ended, refusing to answer questions on the way. A PR member of the event whispered to a reporter for NY Mag, "She's got a bit of an attitude."

Wendy Diamond, the editor-in-chief of Animal Fair magazine, arranged for Conrad to be a part of the event and was extremely disgusted by Lauren and her publicist's behavior.

"Her publicist didn't tell her it was a fashion show. That's what she said. I just think it's really rude. We spent probably $10,000 in bringing her here. If you're going to fly here first-class and get a suite at a hotel for you and your assistant, then that's what you deal with. There's no cats here, so we didn't need any catfights."

But she didn't miss the opportunity to take a couple final swipes at Lauren,

"I personally don't care about Lauren Conrad nor The Hills show â€" never watched it. I'm disappointed for the animals."

Andy Dick, 42, was arrested early this morning in Murrieta, CA on suspicion of drug possession and misdemeanor sexual battery.

Dick was busted at about 2:00AM in a parking lot near Buffalo Wild Wings.

He allegedly pulled down a 17-year-old's shirt and then groped her breasts.  Ew.

He is being held at the Southwest Detention Center with his bail set at $5,000.

This guy is out of control and has been for a long damn time. It's no secret that he is one of the biggest and most blatant coke freaks in Hollywood. This loser junkie is going to "blow" all of his money right up his fat f*cking nose. I don't see him hitting rehab anytime soon. He's an asshole druggie who's pretty far gone and has no intentions of changing. Lock that ugly bitch up!

Jessica Alba is following in the footsteps of every other stinking celebrity mother lately - she's pimped her kid out to the tabloids.

Alba, who always complains of the attention she gets, and who will most likely bitch about her kid being exploited in the near future, chose to have her newborn baby splashed across the pages of OK! magazine in its most recent issue..

I've never really understood this whole "I'll sell out my baby to the highest bidder," BS. Celebrities holler and moan about their children's privacy, but then do stuff like this. I'm just sayin'...

Honor Marie Warren was born on June 7th. Alba says she had a very peaceful birth, with no screaming during labor, instead she did "yoga breathing". As for her baby daughter Alba says she is fascinated by her.

"It hasn't totally sunk in. She dreams, she smiles, and coos and does all these things, but she hasn't seen enough of the world yet to understand any of that stuff. So I still feel like she's connected to the other world, or something. There's no other way to explain it. It's a miracle."
