Lindsay Lohan Hits a Paparazzo, No Charges Made

Lindsay was going to The Bowery Hotel in NYC last night - same spot J. Lo was throwing Marc Anthony a 40th birthday party - when she tripped over a barricade. Linds thought the paps tripped her, so she turned around and punched a paparazzo in the nose.

TMZ reports

,She was on the phone at the time and, after the punch, told whoever she was talking to, "Oh my God, I just hit a paparazzi."

Cops were called to the scene, but no charges were made.

You can't really see the "punch" from the TMZ video, but kudos to anyone who can.
