On Sarah Palin, the Bristol Palin pregnancy fiasco and safe sex:

We are taking the focus off of getting to know Sarah Palin and her political views, and what she can do to make our country a less destructive place. Its distracting from the real issues, the real everyday problems that this country experiences.

I am concerned with the fact that Sarah Palin brought the attention to her daughter's pregnancy, rather than all world issues and what she believes she could possibly do to change them-if elected. I get Sarah Palin's views against abortion, but i would much prefer to hear more about what she can do for our country rather than how her daughter is going to have a child no matter what.

I think that parents need to recognize how important it is to talk to their children about the things that can result from being sexually active if they aren't protecting themselves (birth control, condoms, etc.)

Britney Spears jetted to Las Vegas for the holiday weekend, where her photographer ex-beau Adnan Ghalib also happened to be enjoying himself.

After touching down in a private jet, Brit headed to the Mirage Hotel and Casino, where she and her entourage (including hairdresser Kim Vo) had a luxury villa with a private pool. But instead she chose to sun herself at the Bare Pool Lounge in the VIP area.

"She was in her bikini and looked awesome. She looked really thin and happy."

Britney also took in the hotel's Cirque du Soleil show, Love, on Saturday night with her bodyguard and her assistant Brett. But did she ever meet up with Adnan?

WEIRD!!! Red hair is such a rare trait. I know I was shocked when my friend, a blonde, and her hubby, a blond, had a red headed daughter. It is strange.

How cute is Max now?! We haven't seen him in forever. Christina does a good job of shielding him from the spotlight unlike Gwen Stefani who made Kingston her purse. Max is definitely cute enough to be an accessory. Congrats to Xtina, he doesn't look like a mini-bat boy like her hubby. What a cutie. :)

Christina Aguilera has the perfect dinner date in son Max, 7 months! The singer and husband Jordan Bratman (not pictured) enjoyed a family night out Monday in New York City.

I. Am. Shocked. Bristol Palin's baby daddy Levi Johnston says he's a "fucking redneck" who doesn't want kids!!!!!!!!! Now this boy has got class. This marriage is definitely going to work out.

Levi also claims he enjoys shooting the sperm, "shooting the shit." Explains everything. Levi seems like the kind of tool who'll tell ya he doesn't need to use a condom because he's gonna pull out and everything will be fine. Of course Bristol got knocked up. In Alaska people fuck to keep warm.

On his MySpace page, Johnston boasts, "I'm a f - - -in' redneck" who likes to snowboard and ride dirt bikes.

"But I live to play hockey. I like to go camping and hang out with the boys, do some fishing, shoot some s- - - and just f - - -in' chillin' I guess."

"Ya f - - - with me I'll kick [your] ass," he added.

He also claims to be "in a relationship," but states, "I don't want kids."

It's so problematic and dangerous how major media outlets and respectable news sources go to someone's MySpace page and report what the eff it says.

My real MySpace says I'm a married "proud parent" who's a bi-sexual trophy wife. Come on!

"I'm not sure what [Sarah] brings to the ticket other than she's a woman and a conservative. Well, she's a better speaker than McCain," Faye Palin told the New York Daily News. "People will say she hasn't been on the national scene long enough.

The 44-year-old -- who was elected governor just two years ago after serving as mayor of Wasilla (pop. 6,715) -- will be the first woman nominated by the Republican Party to run on a national ticket.

"We don't agree on everything. But I respect her passion," Faye said. "Being pro-life is who Sarah is."

The Obama campaign issued a sharp critique of Palin on Friday, saying,

"Today, John McCain put the former mayor of a town of 9,000 with zero foreign policy experience a heartbeat away from the presidency. Governor Palin shares John McCain's commitment to overturning Roe v. Wade, the agenda of Big Oil and continuing George Bush's failed economic policies -- that's not the change we need, it's just more of the same."

Maybe gossip bloggers aren't supposed to talk politics, but this bitch should not be put in office. She is UNQUALIFIED and I'm disgusted that McCain chose her simply because she has a uterus and he wants Hillary Clinton's supporters' votes. It's horribly sexist, irresponsible and wrong.

I am lovin' this scandal and I think I'll be lovin' it a little more while Sarah Palin continues to catch heat for this.

John McCain's Vice President pick, Alaska's Governor for ONLY 20 MONTHS, Sarah Palin, is the new Lynne Spears. Her 17-year-old daughter Bristol Palin is knocked up. Sarah and the Palin crew are very religious. Pregnancy before marriage is not condoned or permitted. That's why Sarah's forcing Bristol to get married - just to save face. Sounds progressive to me, folks.

I don't like this Sarah bitch at all. As Michael Moore was saying on Keith Oberman's show, newscasters were struggling to pronounce her last name because no one has ever heard of her before ever. And her daughter's pregnant and she must get married to her boyfriend.

Why the eff does McCain think females will vote for him simply because he picked a female? Especially when Palin doesn't support a woman's right to choose and many other issues that females are concerned with. It's an insult to the intelligence of every woman, not just in America, but in the freakin' entire, enormous, really big, large world... in outer space, too, in heaven and hell and on reality tv (yes, reality stars live on another planet).

I may just call Sarah Palin 'Sarah Lynne Spears Palin.' She is no mother of the year. She sucks. I feel badly for Bristol, poor thing.

You know there's a rumor that Sarah's daughter was pregnant before so Sarah faked the pregnancy to cover it up. No official word on whether or not it's true, Sarah says it isn't. All I know is I am lovin' all this mess and I don't think McCain knew shit about whom he picked. Mitt Romney would make a much better choice. Dumb fuck.

Behold!

Looks like Nahla got it from her mama and her papa. I think she looks more like her sexy super model papa, Gabriel Aubry.

Halle took her baby out to the L.A. zoo on Saturday and the paps snapped some shots, which probably made 'em enough money to buy a sports car or two. As you know, Ms. Berry didn't pimp her daughter out to People magazine or any other gossip rag. Strange. As. Hell. And so respectable.

Nahla is so gorgeous! I think she'll grow up to look somewhat like Vanessa Williams - great tan, light eyes and hair. She's a beauty and I'm sure I'm not the only one who's relieved. With a super hot mom and pops, this little girl had some pressure to deliver in the looks department from the moment Halle announced she was preggers. The hot genes didn't cancel each other out and Nahla did not disappoint.

She's adorable. :)
