I am not saying Julia is or is not responsible for the death of her mother, brother and 7 year-old son, but I found this comment that I read on another site interesting, insightful even.
Has it occurred to anyone that Julia and William planned the abduction of Julian to extort money from her sister and the plan went bad.
William may have have married Julia with the expectation that they would later get a big pay out from from Jennifer and two years later, when they are living in the same situation (wage garnishments, living with mom, no new stuff, no car...but your sister is a movie star)he convinced her of his master plan to help them get on...or vice versa.
She had to be resentful about driving a school bus and having no money when her sister is obviously not struggling. and how convenient is it that he knows her schedule and all of this went down while she was "at work"... but there was no school friday...she was the one to discover the bodies...but her brother is the person who normally picks her up...but he's dead...how did she get home...
and why is she all at the house trying to get the mail after her whole family just got killed in there, she wasn't paying her bills before why is she acting concerned about them now. If my baby and my mama were murdered IM SORRY BUT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE, COMPLETE A SENTENCE VERBALLY, LET ALONE, TYPE SOME SHIT ON MYSPACE.Very Very suspicious.
Something that's unmentioned in this biased comment posted above is that neighbors reported that William vowed to "mess up" the Hudson family shortly before the murders when he got in an argument with them.
For now these murders look like a violent act of revenge not a master plan gone wrong. However, I heard Julia doesn't seem sincere when she begged for her son's return, I think it's EFFING weird that she blogged about Julian a day after he was found dead, and bitch still has William as a top friend on MySpace. All that makes her look suspect.
Either Julia had an active role in the murders, or she has all kinds of sick, twisted issues.

I feel so bad for Jen. I couldn't imagine all those members of your family gone in one day! How sad. If it turns out this sister had some prior knowledge that something was going down but didn't expect this ending she should still fry! This world is filled with sick ass people. Even if her sister had nothing to do with it and some psycho did what he did it is a horrible event. I will never understand because I don't think like that!!

this is already a tragic case, and if this info is tru about Julia Hudson it makes the case seem even more tragic. But i do see your logic in this. U really just never kno what ppl are up to. and its sad becuz jen has no one to go to in her family, if Julia was really involved.

I agree with both of you. I wonder if Jen's suspicious of her sister, cause then she really does have to hide from everyone. I can't begin to wrap my mind around how drastically her life has changed so quickly.

Wow, I did think it was mad suspicious how she wrote about it on her myspace right away.
Something is definitely funk with the whole situation. And I agree with what you said before, she allowed this man into her life, regardless, so she can blame herself as well. When you have kids you must protect who and what happens around them. especially with boyfriends.

I do think Julia is partly responsible for this in the fact that she brought a convicted felon around her family. That was very irresponsible on her part, but I do not think that she had anything to do with their murders. This was a very close, tight nit family that loved each other. I think if she was that hard up for money, she would have simply asked her sister for it. I don't think this woman would set up her own mother and brother for it or hurt her own family to get it.

I had been following this story all the way from Kenya because I love Jennifer however I had never bothered to read more about her she is a role model of that family. All that clicked in my mind because I deal with investigations and researches and works closely with the government issues, is that "this is a deal going Sour" Not a revenge… Julia seems in love ..William in love too ..His profile Flex- Million .. He is money minded a gold digger… Married.. With a step son… wont point a gun at the Childs head and blows it …... only if he was under the influence of Drugs So I don't want to say that he never did it. However William's profile states very well she doesn't love Jennifer "DON'T ASK ME ABOUT HER" WISH HER THE BEST" Lets not take and look only at William which is a little bit Professional. It is well said that he had threatened to kidnap the boy! Why?
Where was Julia in the day of the murder? I have been visiting their space profile pages until Julia has hidden her. Julia profile portrays a Bitch, low esteemed fat Hag, Wanting to rise but somehow grounded. Her language like of a gangster and it is well said that she is kinda may-be sly to the police to cover her gangster lifestyle.. She said she did what was natural to her to love someone.. and it has costed her..She adds "Jason Picking me from work because the Bitch Ass William Sold my car" So she has no Car Jennifer in her Hummer !! Another photo of her said "William please wait for me "So they had just one car to use!!The last comment before she closed her profile I cannot remember well but it ended a "Fool "Its not that she is bitter but her husband acted foolishly.. Well the bitch in love retains all the photos of the "person of interest" it shows she knows very well who the killer was…the plans of the killings "Man Slaughter" What a pity.. it seems she was together with william when the plot backfired
This is possibly could have happened. Julia was away from home and not in school if it was Friday I don't know.. Jason "picks her up" maybe she had planned to cut some weight and walk that day" The only supportive mother.. Shows Jenny never helps her.. Come on.. The killer came in.. This time to Kidnap the Boy.. so as to get some money from the rich sister.. This maybe was not "Flex" In defense of the boy the victims has some wounds of defense.. The boy was taken alive and thus he saw what had happened. The kidnapper killed the victims because they definitely knew him and he feared his life so he had to finish the kidnapping evidence. What about the eye witness who saw a man coming out of the Abandoned car? What about police track on Flex cellphone which was in a different part of the city rather than where the SUV was.. and let me ask you guys? Can u just tell me "Oh lets go kill the Hudsons.. Free of Change? No way open up your eyes and see.. The hired kidnapper feared and killed everyone.. The boy in the Car because he will give evidence.. I saw him .. He killed them… Ohh.. Julia What a shame.. So the boy Was killed in the SUV very unplanned.. So Julia came home thinking now the boy is kidnapped.. and mama and Blue.. Brother are shocked to Death ready to give everything.. Just like the Sweet sister who said Am giving 100,000 dollars ,Crime is Crime.. Murder and mastermind is illegal Julia should be in custody after the Burials May they rest in Peace and May William now speak out and Say their plans..

What about Jennifer's ex, James, who jennifer claimed always stood by her and was the love of her life for many years. Perhaps James was humiliated, hurt and angered after Jennifer's recent engagement to another man. Aware of the Hudson family dynamics he takes up alliance with Julia but who had a different motive, money. James on the other hand knew stripping Jennifer of her family would hurt down to her core as Jennifer's abandonment did to him.
Julia goes home and discovered her family murdered and her son missing. A recent article by a neighbor who overheard Julia and Balfour in a loud argument that same week with Balfour making threats to her family, gave way to a "person of interest" who has not yet been arrested. hmm (Just a thought)

Okay, I know I won't be popular after this one but God forgive me if I'm wrong. Think of this, how did Julia know her son was still wearing the outfit he wore out with her the night before at the time he was abducted? Why did she mention her friends chastising her son about his behavior during her birthday celebration? Julia even preceded her recount of the events the night of her birthday get-together by saying "it was my birthday....Happy Birthday to me". People always give themselves away by stating the things that were most important to them. Maybe she was driving the only vehicle available to her, Jason's truck the night her mother called her home to get Julian so he could spend her birthday with her. She went home and picked him up then became very irritated with him when he did not want to stay at the restaurant but cried to go home to Grandma. She was pissed off I think and she fussed at him on the way home. No, maybe she was calm and reached in the glove box and decided to get rid of the child who was a thorn in her side... more like a bothersome brother to Julia she decided to pull over and kill him as he slept in the backseat. In a panic, she drove around with her dead son in the back seat. She knew she could not explain what happened to him to her mother who loved him dearly and an uncle who adored him. No she couldn't get them to cover for her on this one, though they loved her too. She would be famous but for all the wrong reasons. There was one person in the entire world who wouldn't judge her but would help her..... poor William. There was only one way- Leave Julian in the car and go inside late that night - not that morning - to kill the mother and brother then act as if they were all alive the next morning when she left for work. William could not believe what she had done but he loved her so much he could not leave her and so he did the unthinkable. He helped her kill her brother and mother. She reported Julian missing (as earlier stated on other websites) before the police confirmed he was indeed not in the house because she knew her and William had parked the car sometime in the wee hours of the morning on Friday with his body inside. That's how she knew what he was wearing, that's how she knew he was not in the house. Also, if I walked in the house and found my mother in a pool of blood obviously seriously injured, I would run to her side. I would not think in that moment, "I'm contaminating a crime scene", nor would I think, "What if the killer is still here? He could kill me!" No, my main concern is my mother, the woman who gave birth to me. I think when she arrived home with William with her in his car following her, they knew they had to kill the mother and brother. I think she killed her mother and that's why her picture is on her myspace and not her son's picture. She killed him in his sleep. She tried to make it look like a kidnapping by mutilating the body, the tearless plea for her baby's return, etc. But it bothered her to kill her mother who had done nothing but help her and her son and even her husband!!! William killed Jason. Julia knew he would be angry that she killed that baby Julian and definitely pissed that she killed the mother. He may have been a big guy but he suffered a bad leg injury so it would not have been difficult for William to knock him down and then shoot him. William told his girlfriend the truth. He did have something to do with the death of Darnell and Jason but not Julian. Julia killed him and at a time where a mother would only account fond memories of her missing child, the night of her son ruining her birthday is what she chooses to focus on during a press conference. This is why William has not been charged. The authorities know Julia is involved because when she left that message on her MySpace incriminating William the cops told him and probably showed him the message on her MySpace and he told them what went down. Her phone records are not adding up. She called him after her friends reported that her party had ended. So that late night phone call was to ask for his help. I pray I'm wrong. Being right hurts too much in this situation.
