My favorite personal trainer, The Biggest Loser's Jillian Michaels said,

I've poured dish washing soap on my food sometimes. Suddenly I'm no longer embarrassed 'bout it. Thanks, Jillian! But I definitely don't ask any waiter to take bread away; I ask for more and more! I also order from the kids' menu when I go out a lot - there's a weight loss tip provided by my fat ass. I hold a Ph.D in Bullshitology. Respect.

Seriously though, I do often order from the child's menu, much to the dismay of servers. You're not gonna overeat for sure when you do, and, as Jillian says, whatever works.

I'd love to hear Jillian's answer on what alcohol one should order while at the bar? I can hear her now, 'Just order water on the rocks with a lime slice on the rim so you can feel like you're sipping on an alcoholic beverage!'

I can't be the only one who saw this coming. When Mandy rushed to AM's side after his crash, I knew that would earn her bonus points. Now they're together again.

After dating for only two months in 2007, Mandy Moore and Adam "DJ A.M." Goldstein are giving it another try.

"It's back on. Since the accident, it's blossomed into something again. Mandy said, 'I like this guy a lot and I want to see where it can go again. Life is too short to not be with someone you really care about.'"

Charlie Sheen and his wife, real estate investor Brooke Mueller, are expecting twin boys, Sheen's rep confirms.

In June, the pair joked that they were hoping for triplets.

"Could you imagine if I really had triplets? He'd be like, 'Whoa!'" Mueller told Extra.

The two met in 2006 through Eric Dane and actress Rebecca Gayheart.

Sources close to ABC's Ugly Betty confirm to me that Lindsay Lohan has been cut from the show.

"They don't plan to have her back for more episodes," says a high-level insider. "And they are cutting her out of the episodes they have already shot."

The main driving force for this decision is that Lindsay was not gelling creatively with the series. "She was not so interested in creating a character," another reliable insider close to Betty tells me. "She was more interested in just playing herself, and that doesn't work on a show like this with such heightened reality."

"Lindsay would show up every day with an entourage of people ... and refused to go on set until America was there -- it was a power play. America was mean to Lindsay. Producers give her too much power. Lindsay didn't do the last two episodes because America didn't like her and got her kicked off."

Lil Wayne's the proud father of a new son!

The rapper's baby boy, Dwayne Carter III, was born Wednesday afternoon at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. He has not released the identity of the baby's mother. - Well, I'm letting the secret out. It's me!

The 26-year-old (real name: Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.) announced he'd soon have a son at Sunday's BET Hip-Hop Awards.

"I got a son about to be born any day now, so shout-out to him. Pray for me," he said during his acceptance speech for Lyricist of the Year.

The Beckham family is moving back to Europe - at least for a few months, according to British reports.

David Beckham is close to finalizing a deal to play soccer for AC Milan for two months, beginning in January. "He will be a club player for a few months, and then leave," AC Milan club president, Adriano Galliani told the Daily Mail Wednesday.

Added AC Milan coach, Carlo Ancelotti: "For me, it would be a pleasure to have Beckham here. He is a serious athlete, a great professional. If he were available for months, we would be very happy."

It's unclear if Victoria and sons Brooklyn, 9; Romeo, 6; and Cruz, 3, would join David the entire time he's abroad. The boys are currently enrolled in school in California.

Beckham would return to L.A. by April 2009, in time for the L.A. Galaxy soccer season kick-off, the paper reports.

"She has been hospitalized for a severe, potentially life-threatening throat infection since Sunday," Nasseri said in a letter provided by Momsen's manager.

Fortunately, the doctor predicts that Momsen, 15, will be fine. "After aggressive antibiotics and medications, she is expected to make a full recovery in the next three to five days."

Momsen hopes to return to Gossip Girl's New York City set by the end of the week, the CW network says in a statement.

"Taylor Momsen is a beloved member of our Gossip Girl cast and we are happy to report she is on the road to a speedy recovery," says the statement. "We all look forward to her planned return to work on Friday."

On receiving a death threat after joking about George W. Bush when hosting this year's MTV Awards

"(Hosting the awards) was a lot of fun, especially the death threat," Brand told Britain's Radio 1. "If you are going to kill someone, don't give them advance notice, that gives you a chance to prepare.

How can you, while watching the telly, think 'Oh, I don't enjoy this. No, I'm not enjoying this at all. Right, I'm going to kill him'. That's a huge jump."

Sounds like some Dixie Chicks backlash shit. Can adults not agree to disagree? Kids settle shiz like this on the playground by going to the monkey bars if too many people are playing in the sand box.
