As part of Blake's terms for an early release, he checked into rehab today as soon as he was released from the clink. Today is almost a year to the day that he was arrested for a pub brawl of assault and perverting the course of justice. Blake pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 27 months.

Winehouse was nowhere to be seen as her husband left Edmunds Hill Prison in Suffolk. She stayed at home in London's Camden neighborhood after checking out of the London Clinic earlier this week where she'd received treatment for a chest infection.

Fielder-Civil's jail sentence had him behind bars during the couple's first anniversary �" as well as Winehouse's incredible five-Grammy win earlier this year.

It could still be weeks before Winehouse is reunited with her husband since rehab centers typically don't allow visitors at the beginning stages of recovery.

It will be interesting to see what happens when Blake and Wino join crackhead forces again. Will they pull it together or will they continue to self destruct?
