When Justin Timberlake was on the TRL finale he said he wrote "Rehab." Woah! Who knew? Anyway, I watched the entire video and I don't know why the eff Rihanna was in white face for "Rehab"?!!! She's already pale as snow for a black woman and has green eyes, does she have to look even whiter than she is! I watched the video a second time and this still doesn't make any sense.
Someone on the set of "Rehab" or who works in video production and editing needs to explain this shit to me. Now.

The video's hot, I still think Rihanna didn't need to be painted white. If I didn't get the on the set pictures first, I wouldn't even know that she looked like a clown.
I still think it's bullshit, but I agree that the video is sexy.

Maybe the goal of the producers/production designers was to emphasize and brighten the facial complexion of Rhianna mainly b/c of the black & white sequences of the video. But as a former video editor, the same things can be achieved by messin' with the editing software's brightness and color pigment features.
But yeah, the vid looks awesome, regardless, and who knows why they had Rhianna go through those white face measures! Haha.
