I was driving to go pick up one of my friends and I was waiting at a red stop light when a truck came racing down the street and slammed right into me, launching me into traffic from all sides. Needless to say, the experience was fun. Memorable, if you will.

My car is totaled and I am now in the midst of a pending lawsuit, so I can't excessively use a few "choice words" to describe the incident and those involved. I have a lot to do, including going to the chiropractor. In case you're wondering, my condition is 'fine.' I don't know how many details I should give because things are always sticky when lawsuits are involved. I would love to update today, but considering the circumstances, I'm unable to.

Anywho, someone mailed me an internet guide magazine that I got in the mail last night for "The Best of the Web - Nov/ Dec 2008" and guess what was written? Free PR, all. Here goes the blurb:

Britney Spears' Britney: For The Record documentary will air on Nov. 30 on MTV and probably every other day thereafter for the next two and a half months.

On life these days:

"There's no excitement, there's no passion. I have really good days, and then I have bad days. Even when you go to jail, y'know, there's the time when you're gonna get out. But in this situation, it's never ending. It's just like Groundhog Day every day."

She adds, "I'm having to pay for it for a really long time."

On Papa Spears taking control:

"I think it's too in control. If I wasn't under the restraints I'm under, I'd feel so liberated. When I tell them the way I feel, it's like they hear but they're really not listening. If you do something wrong in your work, you can move on, but I'm having to pay for a long time. I never wanted to become one of those prisoner people. I always wanted to feel free.

"I think I've learnt my lesson now and enough is enough."

On why she's doing this documentary:

"I wanted to make this film because I started to feel like I wasn't being seen in the light that I wanted to be seen in. This is an opportunity to set the record straight and talk about what I've been through and where I'm headed."

When Justin Timberlake was on the TRL finale he said he wrote "Rehab." Woah! Who knew? Anyway, I watched the entire video and I don't know why the eff Rihanna was in white face for "Rehab"?!!! She's already pale as snow for a black woman and has green eyes, does she have to look even whiter than she is! I watched the video a second time and this still doesn't make any sense.

Someone on the set of "Rehab" or who works in video production and editing needs to explain this shit to me. Now.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta's season finale airs tonight at 10 p.m. on Bravo.

I knew Benji Madden's man hood couldn't keep Paris Hilton satisfied for long. She's back to Nachos (Stavros Niachros) the man she stole from Mary-Kate Olsen who's allegedly well hung.

Paris Hilton and Nachos met up at Miami nightclub Mokai on Saturday night. Paris hit the club at 2:30 a.m. after attending the Victoria Secret fashion show and partying at the Fountainbleau hotel.

"Paris and Stavros were all over each other. They were at the same table for about an hour and then they left together. It didn't seem like Benji was on her mind at all!"

Benji was in New York City for the TRL finale at the time. It's not like Paris and Benji are gonna break up over this. They enjoy rubbing rash medication over each other's crotches after sex too much to throw in the towel right now.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is so eager to finally give birth that she may induce labor, her sister Jessica Simpson says.

"They're going to have to. It's already developing really quick," Jessica said Monday at a taping of the The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Ashlee â€" described by husband Pete Wentz more than two weeks ago as due at any moment â€" has already tried other ways to begin labor.

"Different foot massages and stuff," Jessica told DeGeneres in the show airing Wednesday. "I don't know. I think she's really just jumping around trying everything right now."

I would suggest having sex because that helps to induce labor, but Ashlee is too far along and too big for that to be safe right now... I wonder if the same rules apply if Pete hits it from the back?
