What took so long?
Jennifer Hudson’s estranged brother-in-law, William Balfour, was arrested Monday in the slayings of the Oscar winner’s mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew, according to Chicago police.
Formal charges have not yet been brought by the Cook County prosecutor’s office, but Balfour was transferred from an Illinois state prison – where he has been held on suspicion of a parole violation – back into police custody, says police spokeswoman Monique Bond.
Balfour, 27, who is separated from Hudson’s sister, Julia, was arrested in the first-degree murders of Hudson’s mother Darnell Donerson, 57, brother Jason Hudson, 29, and his own stepson, Julian King, 7.
The bodies of Donerson and Hudson were found shot to death Oct. 24.
The body of King, Julia’s son, was found three days later in the backseat of Jason’s abandoned Chevrolet Suburban parked 10 miles from the family’s home. All died from gunshot wounds.
Julia needs to be questioned, too. I so don’t trust her fugly ass. May justice be served as quickly as possible.

The young uns in Texas best be fixin to stay in school, because a judge wants to strap up truant students to monitoring devices. The children could be tracked “24 hours a days, seven days a week.”
Brazos County Justice of the Peace Tommy Munoz has requested an opinion from the Texas Attorney General’s Office regarding the legality of a pilot program for truancy.
Munoz announced his plans for the program in September. The program would put electronic monitoring devices on students who skip class too often.
In September, Munoz said, “We’re just going to try and see what it does, how it does and it may not work here, we’ll just take it a day at a time.”
Failure to attend school is a misdemeanor in Texas. Munoz says that once the program gets approval, the monitoring devices would be ordered. They cost $2,000 each and he says the truant students’ folks may have to foot the bill.
According to Munoz, the monitoring device would be an alternative to sending a kid to a juvenile delinquent program. Plus “it may also serve to deter future criminality.”
This is bullshizzle. However, thus far the ordinance does not allow for consistent electronic monitoring, a measure reserved for stalkers, house arrest folk and criminals considered to be a flight risk.

This time last year the reality starlet added “Playboy Centerfold” to her resume as she had the honor of gracing the Annual Celebrity Issue. While the 28-year-old said it was an amazing experience, it was and will be a once in a lifetime experience only.
“It was a one-off. I don’t think I’ll do Playboy or anything like that again.”

Mary-Kate Olsen is reportedly pregnant.
The 22-year-old star - who shot to fame alongside twin sister Ashley in hit US TV show ‘Full House’ aged nine months - has sparked rumours she is expecting her first child after her weight shot up to 102lbs, according to National Enquirer magazine.
A source said: “Mary-Kate has been looking a lot rounder recently. It is good she has put on weight, because she previously suffered from anorexia, but a lot of people think she could actually be attempting to hide her pregnancy.”
“She is really happy with Nate and is very excited they will soon be starting their family together.”

Did you see Four Christmases with Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn? I did, and it was hilarious. I don’t laugh throughout the entire movie of pretty much anything, but when one funny scene was finished, another one began.
You know how a lot of comedies have like one or two funny scenes? Not this one. A lot of folk also don’t think Reese and Vince are a believable couple - I could care less. If two people make me laugh, you could pair up Star Jones with Matt Damon. If it’s funny, I don’t give a shiz.
Since opening on Wednesday, Four Christmases has made $46.7 million while Twilight had a steep drop to $31.7 million this weekend. Australia also was a big waste of money. The flick cost $130 million and brought in a modest $14.8. Ouch.
Anyway, it feels like a slow news day. Quick, Paris, shave your head, bitch!

Spanx is the slimming and fat-smoothing nylon product that can be seen in the lines above her knee and below the belt. It also looks like Spanx has a pocket/ padding to give her more junk in the cabooty in this top pic.
Embarrassing? Beyonce’s body’s not perfect, oh, oh, oh! And her dancers aren’t wearing Spanx because they’re in better shape than her. If you liked it then you shoulda put a bigger suit on it.
Amy Winehouse’s husband says he wants out of their marriage – for her sake.
“The first time Amy took crack she asked me, ‘Can I try a bit of that’,” he said. “Crack is the nastiest drug. It makes you paranoid, unreasonable, edgy and totally suspicious of everyone. And you can get hooked on it straight away.
But I was weak and an addict and I let Amy take some. I didn’t stop it from happening. For that I take full responsibility. It became something we did as well as heroin. And then our lives fell apart.”
On Amy’s drug induced seizure,
“I was there when Amy suffered her first seizure. I still break down thinking about it. We had been taking drugs all day long — heroin and crack. We started early and finished late. We didn’t really think to stop. We both pushed things too much.
I wanted to just disappear on drugs and not remember a thing. And while I was getting out of my head, I wasn’t thinking that I was taking somebody with me.
On being locked up,
“I just couldn’t believe that we were going to be torn apart. I felt inadequate. I felt unworthy of Amy. I felt that she should be with some other pop star or film star.
On being a crackhead,
There are still reasons that Amy and I don’t like to be sober and if I go back to her I am basically saying, ‘It’s all right to kill yourself Amy’. Even if I was strong enough to resist drugs — and I’m not — it’s a ticking timebomb. I accept that there is every horrible, horrible chance that I could be tempted to take drugs again if I went back to Amy.
Because of drugs we can’t have a normal life together. That’s why I have to let her go.”
I never thought I’d say it, but I respect Blake. Wino and Blake were the UK’s version of Whitney and Bobby, but it looks like Blake is maturing and taking responsibility for his screw-ups.
