So, this lady from Extra emails me videos every single day and this is, like, the only time I've actually found one of her emails and videos POTP worthy. You have to watch this. I melted. Beyonce is a fan of her fan! I just love how sweet she was to Shane Mercado. There was no divaness during any part of their encounter.
